I have a webring I created and then I decided to create this clique. My favorite charachter on Sailormoon is Neo Queen Serenity.
To join you just have to fill out the form and the "charachter name" on the form just means to either pick a name from an anime or
you can make up one based on your favorite anime. If someone else has the same "charachter name" sorry but you have to choose
another name.
