I am a very very poor teenager kid! I don't even get allowance!! I want to know 
what it's like!! >.< ^^;;

Oh yea..but since my new proof reading person said that it's confusing I'll be using their 
names like Serena but once or twice her other name which is Usagi may be used for something 
else! So like yea...anyhoo...like yea... 
Well on with the story!! Mind you this is my first fic!! So please give me some 
feed back about what you think!! Please!! 
Now on with the show.......

"AHHHHHHH!!!!! I'm going to be soooooo late!!!" screeches a 15-yr. old Serena as she 
falls and lands on Luna and gets up from the floor. 
"Serena when will you ever learn...?" Luna asked shaking her head and gets up from the floor 
staring at her with a disapproved look in her eyes. 
"What did you say Luna? Oh.. never mind don't have time! Ja ne!!" yells Serena as she 
runs out of the her home and heads toward her school at Crossroads Junior High School. 
"When will she learn...?"Luna mumbled again and curls up and falls asleep once more in Serena's 
bed. 
(Pepsi's notes: You can delete my notes.. ^^ Serena isn't in high school if she's 15. Gomen! 
Also you shouldn't use the last name Tsukino if you're using 'Serena'.)

At school: 
"Oh Molly! How are things at Osa-p?" Serena beamed cheerfully. Walking with 
Molly down the halls of Crossroads. Her hair fixed in her usual meatballs with her pretty 
golden blond hair. With Molly's usual dark-red hair. 
Both girls wore the standard Crossroad's uniform. 
"It's doing very well! I wish you'd drop by sometime soon, my mother really misses 
seeing you around you know? And you need to visit me more often rigggt?" winked Molly. 
"You bet!" Serena chirped happily. 
As they were walking down the hall they met the others. Meaning... Lita, Amy, and Mina! 
"Hey you guys!! I guess Raye went to her same school area!" called out Serena. 
"Yup!" unisoned the three girls. 
Then the bell rang. 
" Well there goes the bell see you guys!" said Lita. 
" Ja ne!!!" called the others. 
Then they all went to their other classes.

(boring so far,ne?) (I agree *yawn*) 

After school: 
*ack* " I sooo don't like my classes!!!" an exasperated Serena said," Can you believe it 
Ms. Haruna was actually in my Math class!! What did she do follow me or somethin'?!?" 
The three girls giggled. 
"I'm not kidding!!" yelled Serena. 
"*stiffled giggle* Sorry, Serena!" apologized Amy. 
"Ditto" 
"Same here" 
" Okay that's better! So like let's go to the arcade!!" said Serena all happy again. 
As she was skipping down the sidewalk with the other three girls following ,but not 
skipping, 
she just happened to bump into something. Or a someone. 
"Oh! I'm so sorry! Excuse me! I didn't see where I was going....!" Serena said 
as she started to look up. 
She was met with a pair of amused blue eyes. 
" Oh! It's you Darien!" Serena said happily hugging him ever so tightly. 
" Hahaha! I'm happy to see you too Serena!" smiled Darien. 
"Can you two love birds stop that? We are here you know and I think that people are 
starting to stare." said Raye as she walked up to the group. She happened to be across 
the street when she saw the two hugging. 
"Oh can it Raye!" yelled Serena after she stopped hugging Darien like a big stuffed animal. 
"Why should I?!?" yelled Raye. 
"Ooohhhhh!!" said Serena growing red. 
"Stop it you two please!" pleaded Amy. 
Then the two girls stopped and the group with Darien started toward the Arcade.

At the acade after they ate: 
" Well I should be going. I need to get to work" said Darien as he got up. 
" Ja ne Serena. Aishiteru." whispered Darien to her ear as he kissed her rosy, pink lips. 
" Aishiteru, Darien." kissed Serena. As they said their good-bye. 
The rest of the girls grumbled at this open display of affection and slunk lower in their 
seats. 
" Ja ne Darien!!" unisoned the other four girls. 
" Ja ne!" called out Darien behind his back. 
After their good-bye the girls resumed their gossip. Then Andrew walked up. 
" Hey girls how are you? It just happens to be my break." greeted Andrew. 
" Hey we're okay. What's up?" said the girls. 
" Nothing much. It's been quiet lately hasn't it? I mean from what I've heard there 
hasn't been any signs of the monsters or the Sailor Scouts!" told Andrew. 
"Mmmm.. yea it has been hasn't it girls?" asked Raye. 
All of them nodded. 
"Uh-oh! What time is it?" asked Serena. 
" oh... it's about.. 5:00p.m." glanced Andrew at his watch. 
"Ahhhh!! Oh no!! I'm soooo late! I was suppose to be at the hospital by now!!" whined 
Serena as she got up. 
"Huh? What do you mean?" asked Andrew with the other four girls staring at Serena oddly. 
"You're not sick or anything are you Serena?" 
" Oh no! I'm a volunteer at the hospital." answered Serena as she hurried out of 
the arcade and picking up speed as she rushed to the hospital. 
************** 
*Oh boy am I ever late. My first day and I'm already late!* Serena said to herself as she 
ran toward the hospital. 
"Gang way!!! Teenager coming through!" shouted Serena as she sped by the crowd of shoppers 
and pedestrians down by the street. Her hair whipping around in the wind wildly behind her. 
************** 
At the hospital: 
*Huff! Huff!* " Oh boy I made it! Well not... exactly.. but...I made it...it's only.... 
15 minutes late..." huffed a flushed and tired Serena. 
" May I help you? A nurse asked looking at Serena as if she was sick. 
" Oh...*huff* I'm okay just tired. I'm a volunteer at the hospital, it's my first day 
and I'm late. Sorry about that." explained Serena tiredly. 
" That's okay! It's a good thing that you came at least!" smiled the nurse. 
"Thanks! My name is Serena!" smiled Serena regaining her breath. 
"Mmm... yes you are a hospital volunteer here at Crossroads Hospital. My name is Eli Tam, 
one of the nusrses here. I help with patients. I'm to help train you in what you will be 
doing." smiled and explained Eli. 
" Great! When do I start?" asked Serena. 
" Right now if you're feeling better." said Eli. 
"Right now please." told Serena. 
With that they walked down the hall. With Eli explaining that she help with the sick 
kids in the hospital mainly with her bringing in the food and cheering them up. And telling 
her where the cafeteria was and where she can find her. 
"Oh! I can do that!" smiled Serena. 
" Yes, I noticed since you talked to me. I was really down in the dumps but then you cheered 
me up with your smile!" said Eli. 
"Well you should get on with your work. I need to go back to mine. Here's your paper for 
the name and the room number of the kid I've assigned for you. Also here's your nametag and 
coat." handed Eli as she gave her her stuff and reaching for the coat that was hung on the 
wall near the closet area they were at. 
" Thanks Eli!" said Serena as she began walking to the room number. 
As Serena entered room number 501 she saw a very sick pale looking boy of 7 in the 
hospital bed. He was sick and pale looking and sad. Serena felt sorry for him already. She 
glanced down at her paper and saw the name Drew Terlo. 
*How sad I feel so sorry for him. Being stuck in the hospital bed* * It says here that 
he has .. oh my... it says he has... *Serena's face went in shock as she read it* *oh.. he 
has.. cancer!* 
*That's soo sad.... I wouldn't want that to happen to anyone* *Something even I can't cure* 
*she shook her head* 
Serena silently crept into the dim room with a happy smile that she mustered up. 
"Hey, my name is Serena! And I'm here to cheer those in need! And that means you!" 
announced Serena with a Sailor Moon pose. 
*blink* *blink* The boy scrunched his eyebrows and looked at her oddly. 
"*ahem* Yea.. that was pretty silly, ne?" an awkward Serena said as she stopped her pose. 
"You're telling me. What are you doing here other than making a fool of yourself?" said Drew. 
"*ahem* I'm here to make you feel better. I saw you there all sad and lonely. So I thought 
I would make you happy!" announced Serena. 
"Uh-huh! @_@ *wacko* How are you suppose to make me better when you're not even truly 
happy yourself?" asked Drew simply. 
" Huh? No... I'm not sad I am happy. See!" defended Serena and mustering a happy smile. 
"No you're not I can tell by your voice and eyes." reasoned Drew. 
"You're silly. I have a family that cares for me, friends,and a great boyfriend! Of course 
I'm happy!" told Serena. 
The boy's eyes glistened, holding back tears.*She is lucky not like me but there is something 
else she's holding back* *I shouldn't press her on* 
"Okay.. I'll let you off this time. So like if you're here to cheer me up then... how was 
your day? While I'm stuck here with yucky food and no way of getting out much?" asked Drew. 
"Well.... pretty much boring I suppose. School, yucky homework, a test, and nagging teachers 
already even though it was the first day!" complained Serena. 
"mmmm..." answered Drew. 
*Beep**Beep* "Oh sorry that's my...pager! Excuse me!" exclaimed Serena. 
"Sure." told the little boy unhappily. 
Serena felt so sorry for Drew. 
As she went into a vacant restroom with no one around she answered her communicator. 
"Yes? what is it?" asked Serena unhappily. 
"There's a monster at the park! Hurry!" exclaimed a pleading Mercury. 
"I'll be there!" answered a bored and unhappy Serena. 
*Poor Drew. I'm suppose to help him feel better and here I am about to desert him.* *sigh* 
As she ran back to room 501. 
*knock* *knock* "Come in." called out Drew as he laid on the bed looking at the t.v. with 
the news on. 
"I'm sorry Drew... I have to attend to something. I'll be back with a present though. Maybe 
tomorrow." told Serena sadly. 
"I understand Serena. It was nice meeting you though. You better bring me that present 
though, kay?" said Drew a little bit happy. But Serena could tell he wasn't. 
"Okay!" nodded Serena and left the room quietly. Then ran out of the hospital, quickly 
checking out and ran toward the park. 
When she got near the park in a deserted area, since the citizens were scared away, Serena 
transformed into Sailor Moon. 
"Moon Cosmic Power!" yelled Sailor Moon. 
Flashing lights surrounded her body and in moments she was no longer a normal teenager but a 
super heroine. 
After that she ran into the fighting area. Scratches, scrapes, and blood were on the 
four scouts as they stood their ground around the monster. Which was big and ugly. It's teeth 
were showing like a vampire. It had scaly lizard-like skin with wings and sharp claws. It had 
spikes around it as well, all around. *yuck* *Where do these makers think up these things* 
thought Sailor Moon. 
(yea... where do they think these things up?) 

Sailor Moon held up her scepter and announced herself," Hey you ugly! Why don't you just 
quit you know you won't win. Cause' I Sailor Moon will not allow you! I stand for truth, 
love, and justice! And in the name of the moon I will punish you!" 

"About time! Where were you?" nagged Sailor Mars. 
"Talk about it later!" answered Sailor Moon. 
Then the ugly monster lunched at Sailor Moon. It's sharp spikes nearly striking 
Sailor Moon as she jumped out of the way. 
"Ahhhh!! It almost hit me!!" screamed Sailor Moon. 
"Mercury what is it's weak point?" Jupiter yelled out at Mercury from the other 
side of the monster. 
Mercury did a scan in her little mini computer from a tree as she jumped up onto 
the branch. With her arm bleeding slightly and her forhead sweating. 
"It's weak spot is on it's chest. It's weakness is unknown. Gomen nasai minna! That 
was the best I could do!" called out Mercury. 
"All right! I'll try it!" said Jupiter. 
"Sparkling Wide Pressure!!" called Jupiter as she did her attack. 
The monster got hit at the chest but it didn't seem to finch. 
"Whaaa...?!?" Jupiter cried out, shocked,"It didn't work! Not even a scratch!" 
"My turn. You with me Venus, Mercury?" asked Mars. 
"Triple team it right?"asked Venus. 
"You mean joining all of our powers together on the monster right?" said Mercury. 
"Right!" Mars said. 
So all three of them called out their power as the monster was now going after Jupiter 
who taunted it. Moving side to side. While Sailor Moon was standing and watching. 
Gathering up energy to call up her attack. 
"Shine Aqua.....!!!" 
"Venus Love-me chain....!!!" 
"Burning.....!!!" 
Gathering the powers their eyes concentrated and fixed on the monster. The monster 
who was about to attack Jupiter now. Who was cornered on a tree. 
"Illusion!!" 
"Encircle!!" 
"Mandala!!" 
Their powers emerged into one big giant ball of mixed energy and enveloped the monster. 
Who's eyes went huge and shocked expression. 
"AHHHH!!!" As it called out! Then a big explosion went out and Jupiter actually got out 
of the way in time. Crawling behind the tree. Hoping that she will escape the blast. 
Throughout the big explosion and the blast all that remained of the monster was a peice 
of green goo and bits of guts and peices of spikes that layed around. 
Jupiter emerged from the tree and looked around. Knowing it was safe she got out and 
walked toward the scouts. Exhausted, tired, and relieved. 
"Whoo-hooo!! We did it!!" yelled Sailor Moon who just stood there dancing around. 
"What?!?! What do you mean we? You didn't do anything but say a few words and dodged the 
thing! You are helpless and of no use to us!" yelled Sailor Mars. 
Mercury nodded her head as well staring at Sailor Moon's feet instead. "Forgive me, Serena 
but I have to agree with Mars, you didn't do anything..." 
Jupiter and Venus nodded in agreement. Shameful and quietly but they agreed as well. 
"Oh come on you guys! At least look at it from my way!" Sailor Moon said. 
"Oh? And what is it?" asked Mars sarcastically. Looking at Sailor Moon as if she was nothing. 
*What should I tell them the truth? I don't really want to I just want this to be over. 
I want more of a chance to actually have a life. To be truly happy. Like Drew said. He 
could tell I wasn't happy, because I wasn't.* *Okay , I'll do it.* 
Sailor Moon looked at them, gazing at them with saddend eyes. " I won't tell you now. 
I want you to each find out what I am of use." 
"Huh? What do you mean Moon brains?" asked Mars not quite understanding. 
"What I mean is that I quit! You can be the leader for the time being, Mars. Since you 
seem to be the one with the argument, you can be the leader. But I keep the crystal and the 
transformation since it's rightfully mine still." Sailor Moon announced to Mars' face 
bravely and with grace. She seemed to look as if she has grown a lot already. 
"Fine! Leave if you want to I don't need you anyways! Right girls?" said Mars angrily, 
not wanting to admit that she didn't want her to leave. She was only having one of her 
temperments. 
The other three just nodded their heads not looking at their faces. 
Sailor Moon looked at them sadly, then raised her head bravely and looked at Mars' face 
and said," Well.. it seems you're the leader for now. Good-luck Mars ! I'll be watching." 
With that Sailor Moon walked off into the fading light as the sun began to set behind the 
horizon. Her hair whipping around behind her. The colors of the sky changing into night 
with the moon and the stars slowly rising up. 
Mars and the other three remaining scouts watched their ex-leader walk away. With each 
of them wishing that this didn't happen that they could change it. But they knew they 
couldn't. Sailor Moon made her descicion and they agreed with Mars because they were too 
scared of facing her when she was angry and they couldn't think of any words to comfort 
Serena. 
*Oh Serena I'm sorry I shouldn't have said what I did. My temper just got carried off 
again.* 
said Mars to herself. Then one by one each scout walked on back to their home. Wishing that 
this hasn't happened.
