All right, here it is, chapter six! I hope you like it. Warning, I had writers block so this is really short. I've been having that problem a lot, huh? DISCLAIMER: I am not Naoko Takeuchi. I don't look like her, I don't sound like her, I am *NOT* her. If I was, then I would own this Manga/Anime, but I don't! RATING: PG NOWHERE TO RUN, UNABLE TO HIDE PART 6 The Sailor Scouts vanished through the portal that Sailor Pluto had set up and instantly found themselves nowhere. After a while the six realized that it seemed that they, quiet literally, were nowhere. Sailor Moon surveyed the area and shivered. "This place is weird," she whispered while hugging herself, attempting to warm her body from the coldness that was displayed around them. It didn't do much good, but it was better then nothing. Looking around, the warriors saw only gray mist, which covered the entire area as far as the eye could see. They were walking on things that were like clouds, soft and fluffy, but still gray. It gave a lonesome and forlorn appearance to all the Scouts. Rini came up behind Moon. "It's not all that bad," she told her future mother. "It's actually a very nice place to come and think or be alone." Sailor Moon jumped about ten feet in the air. "Ack!" The group giggled and Serena turned to Rini. "Don't do that. You know I get scared easily," Moon scolded her. She didn't want to yell at Rini, and did everything she could to restrain herself. She found that for some reason, it was easy to not be mad at her. Only a week ago she would have yelled at the small child until they were both crying. It seemed amazing to everyone at how much Serena had matured in the past few days. But, the Scouts figured that having a daughter was the biggest responsibility in the world and did bring out a side to their leader they didn't see often. Her responsibility. It didn't take long for them to realize that they liked her being responsible, but hoped she would still be her naive self too. Rini smiled sheepishly, "Sorry. But it just looks like this to scare people away." Rini seemed completely comfortable in the bleak settings. It was obvious that she had been there before, and was familiar with the grayness of scape. "Besides, it's mostly holograms and stuff! The gate is really very beautiful when the holo's are off!" she said excitedly. Sailor Pluto appeared from behind Rini. "Small Lady is correct. It looks like this because people judge things by their appearance. Who would suspect that this is the Gate of Time? A portal to all time and space; one of the most dangerous weapons if fallen into the wrong hands." Pluto pointed out to her princess. Sailor Moon looked thoughtful, hesitating before answering. "I guess you're right," Moon said thoughtfully. "Is it really beautiful when the holowhatchamacallums aren't up?" Mars sighed, "HOLOGRAMS, YOU NINNY! HO-LO-GRAM-S!" Sailor Moon sniffled and turned to Mars. "Well, you don't have to be so mean about it, Raye!" Her eyes began to water up and the others knew what was coming. "Why are you soooooo mean to-" She was cut off by Tuxedo Mask shutting her up the fastest and most effective way possible. Not that he minded or anything... When the two finally broke for air, Mars had her 'I'm Gonna Be Sick' look. Jupiter and Venus sighed, each mirroring the image of the other with dreamy, happy looks on their faces. Mercury had her back towards them and was blushing. Rini rolled her eyes and giggled as she remembered that in the future her daddy did the same thing. And it always worked. Pluto smiled and turned to the landscape behind her. She raised the staff she held in her hands and twirled it in her hands above her head. As if from nowhere, a gigantic door appeared in front of them. Pluto turned back to her fellow warriors and spoke again. "It is very dangerous and you will be vulnerable to attack there. You must take care of each other and please, protect Small Lady." Sailor Moon recovered from the kiss quick enough to get all the directions when Sailor Pluto began to talk, and she actually listened much to the others surprise. Mask put his hand on Rini's shoulder and looked to the older Scout. "We will, Sailor Pluto. I promise." "Thank you." She turned to the door and raised her staff again. As it opened she continued to give the others directions. "Now, when you enter the Time Warp, concentrate on the future. If you break concentration, you may end up anywhere in time-space." "We'll be careful, Puu," Rini promised her friend. "Good bye," all of the warriors coursed as they left. The Sailor Scouts, Tuxedo Mask, Rini, and the two cats ran towards the door, leaving the Guardian of Time behind them. "Good luck," Pluto whispered as the door closed, leaving her alone, once again. ******************************************************************************** Prince Diamond sat, brooding, on his throne in the Nega-Moon base in Crystal Tokyo. Sapphire, Emerald and the Wiseman were in the room with him. He was upset because he had lost Serenity to Endymion. What made him even madder was that the fool had managed to destroy one of his best warriors, Rubeus, in the process of taking Serenity from him. Nobody was supposed to be able to get through the Nega-Moon's defenses. But somehow, that brat had done just that. He had his minions look into how he had appeared and they said they didn't know. Today on his list of things to do was find more mechanics. Emerald shifted her weight nervously, as she watched Diamond. He had called them here, and since they had arrived, hadn't said a word. All of them knew that he was mad about the fact that Rubeus was dead, but he hadn't said anything. He was just...sitting there. That made those present much more disturbed. An alarm began to go off inside of the palace. The Dark Moon family looked around, until they saw what device was going off. Diamond walked over to the panel and pressed a button. He became furious at what the hologram displayed. The five Sailor Scouts, Tuxedo Mask, two cats, and Rini were struggling froward in the Time Warp. Diamonds eyes clouded over with hatred for Tuxedo Mask. He then focused his attention on Sailor Moon. He stated at her for a long moment until his brother brought him out of his trance. "Prince Diamond, what are we to do with them?" Sapphire asked his brother. "We can't let them get to Crystal Tokyo, they could ruin everything!" Diamond thought for a moment before speaking. He wanted Sailor Moon for himself, and would do anything to get her. "Emerald, Rubeus failed me and so have you. This is your final chance, Emerald. Kill them all, except Sailor Moon. Bring her to me. And make sure that that capped fool suffers the most." Emerald began to protest but Diamond cut her off. "GO!" Emerald nodded and disappeared. When she was gone Sapphire turned to his brother. "Diamond, Sailor Moon is the enemy. She will do nothing for us, for our cause. You should just let Emerald kill her too." Diamond looked at his brother and lashed out at him with his power. "I will hear nothing of this, Sapphire." Sapphire reached up and touched his cheek, where the power had hit. His brother had never struck out at him before, and the sensation brought on a new type of pain. Not physical. It was something he couldn't identify. "Now, leave me!" Diamond commanded. Sapphire bowed and left. Diamond turned back to the holo and stared at it again. His eyes focusing on Sailor Moon. Wiseman gave an evil laugh at the site that was displayed before him. 'Fools!' he thought. 'They don't realize what I can do. Pathetic weaklings. I will fulfill my mission, not theirs.' ******************************************************************************** The Sailor Scouts and Tuxedo Mask were struggling through the wind that was in the Time Warp. Jupiter turned to Sailor Moon, "So," she called above the roaring winds. "Are you gonna tell us what happened on that ship? Or are you going to leave us hanging?" Sailor Moon looked up to her friends. 'They *are* a bunch of gossip hungry vultures! Why do I put up with them?' She didn't say that. She just sighed and told them what happened with Prince Diamond and the Wiseman. She became more, and more scared and depressed with everything she said. He had tried to hurt her in a way that could never heal. She could never forgive a person for that. Probably not even Darien. Darien listened to this and became angrier with each word. Someone had tried to touch *HIS* Princess. One of the enemy, no less, had tried to touch his lover. His. Not Diamonds. *HIS*. Darien felt his blood boil, and he wanted nothing more then to kill the bastard who had tried to hurt his fiancée. 'I haven't thought of her as my 'fiancée' in a long time. But that's what she is, right? The woman I'm going to marry.' He gripped her hand tighter and continued with her as they walked. He had felt hatred rarely, and when he did it had been for few other people. Queen Beryl, Jedite, Nephlite, Zoisite and Malachite. Rubeus had been added to that list, as had Emerald. And Diamond was now number one, having claimed Queen Beryl's spot at the top. A spot that he and Serena had hoped no one would ever have been able to fill. When Sailor Moon was done the girls began apologizing and asking if she was all right. Sailor Moon just smiled and said she was fine, just a little scared. "What about you, Darien?" Venus asked, her curiosity getting the best of her. "What happened to you?" Tuxedo Mask's eyes darkened as he remembered the scene he had walked in on. Had he know what Prince Diamond was offering Serena, no *telling* Serena what she had to do, he probably would have taken him on right then and there. Diamond had offered his Princess a new kingdom and himself. No, he would most definitely have killed Diamond for even offering his love something like that. Tuxedo Mask sighed and told his story. About what Rubeus had said and about what he had done. All of the girls looked to him with shocked expressions. "Whoa," Mars whispered. "I'd hate to think what you would do to that Diamond character if you ever got your hands on him!" The others agreed. They all knew that when it came to Serena, Darien would do much more then kill for her. They could also tell that Diamond would do anything to make Serena his. Anything. They continued to talk and Serena told them how she had put the pieces together about Rini. She *had* been suspecting something like that. That they were related or something, but not *this!* She told them about the construction site battle and what she had over heard, and about what she had seen just the other day. Rini also told the others how she had suspected that Serena had been her mother, but changed her mind when she had found out that she was Sailor Moon. Rini looked up to her mother and, taking her hand, smiled. It felt great. She had found her mother in the past, and now that they were going to the future, so that Sailor Moon could save her mother there. Rini sighed in content. Moon looked down at the little girl as she sighed. She blushed and gave her hand a quick squeeze. 'She isn't such a spore after all,' she thought tightening her grip. 'Luna was right, she really is a sweet little girl. I can't wait for the future, then she'll really be my sweet little girl.' Taking a quick glance between Rini and Darien she smiled wider. 'It feels so right being with her like this. Sometimes it seems like I'm her mother, but sometimes I guess we're more like sisters! We fight and make fun of each other. I've never felt a bond like this before, and I like it.' Mars suddenly stopped. "Hold up, guys," she told the others. They stopped at her command, Serena and Darien squeezing Rini's had tighter. "Something evil is approaching." An evil and *very* annoying laugh sounded through the vastness of time space. The warriors looked up and saw Emerald floating above them. "Great," Tuxedo Mask murmured as he pulled Rini from Serena and behind him. "This is what we need," he said just a tad bit sarcastically as he took a fighter stance. "Hello, Sailor Brats!" she called. "I'm afraid that you can't go any further. And I'm also afraid that, well I have to kill you. Not that it matters, you're all a bunch of tasteless brats in short skirts!" Sailor Jupiter stepped forward. "I'll show you tasteless, Old Hag!" Emerald's eyes flashed red as she began to power up. Jupiter was faster though. "Jupiter Thunder Claps ZAP!" The ball of electricity was hurled at Emerald with surprising speed. She dodged it with only a second to spare. "Mars Celestial Fire SURROUND!" the Fire Warrior of Mars launched her attack, and unlike Jupiter's, scored a direct hit on her. "ALRIGHT!" she cried as her fire singed the evil warrior. Emerald sat up and launched a stream of energy towards Tuxedo Mask and Rini. Mask grabbed Rini and jumped just in time to miss the blast. Rini screamed the whole way. She grabbed his jacket and clenched the fabric in her fists. Mask tightened his hold on her as they landed. Sailor Moon looked up, her eyes flashing with hatred. "How dare you try to hurt MY daughter, you pathetic piece of Nega-trash. I am Sailor Moon, the champion of love and justice." Sailor Moon began her traditional battle dialogue and poses as she glared hatefully at Emerald. "And on behalf of the moon, I will right wrongs and triumph over evil." She pointed her finger at Emerald as she finished, "And that, means you." Emerald laughed. "Preppy speeches don't impress me, Brat. Here, have a dose of Nega-power!" Emerald placed her hands together and gathered a gigantic amount of dark power in her palms. The level and size of the dark sphere increased every moment. Emerald looked up and grinned wickedly. The sick look in her eyes made Moon step back in surprise. She felt very scared of what the witch was planning for them. She was more scared for her daughter then she was for anything. 'Rini is just a kid! She shouldn't have to go through this at such a young age!' Mercury tapped her earring causing her visor to appear. After a moment of analyzing, she came to the conclusion of what they had to do. Unfortunately, it wasn't much of a conclusion. "Everyone, stay out of the way of this blast! It is powerful enough to destroy all of us in one blow!" she exclaimed, while backing a way as fast as she could herself. "What?! Sailor Moon yelled. "How can she be so strong?" She looked around furiously for a place to run and hide. The others moved closer together and made it so that they protected Rini and Tuxedo Mask. Sailor Moon stayed where she was, but kept a careful eye on her family and friends. Mercury continued to type into her computer, franticly trying to find a way to stop the blast, because they could never run fast enough to escape it. Mars, Jupiter and Venus desperately tried their attacks, only to have them absorbed by a strange energy shield around Emerald, causing her to become more powerful. Sailor Moon stepped forward and brought her Scepter out. "Moon Scepter Elimination!" she cried as energy in the form of stars and crescent moons went speeding towards Emerald, and bounced harmlessly of the shield. The grin on Emerald's face widened and she released a small amount of power at the Scouts. The force of the blast threw all of them back. Tuxedo Mask's final movement was to bring Rini beneath his body, and shield her completely from harm if he could. Sailor Moon slowly stood up, and looked around. "Hey guys?" she whispered. Moon ran to the closest person to her, Sailor Mars. "Is everyone ok?" She shook Mars' shoulder, and she still didn't move. She gasped at the realization that everyone was unconscious, even Tuxedo Mask and Rini. Moon stood and faced Emerald, who smirked. "You see, Brat," she sneered. "I am more powerful then all of you! That was only a sample of the power that the Dark Crystal feeds me! Would you like to taste my full power?" Emerald spat as she finished gathering energy. "I will make you suffer Sailor Moon!" she yelled as her eyes flashed an evil sickly way, filled with insanity. "I will make you suffer like no one ever has or ever will." With another laugh, she launched the blot toward the warrior of the white moon. Sailor Moon's eyes widened as the powerful blast of energy went racing towards her at a blinding speed... To be continued... Yeah, it's still a cliffhanger! You think I'd change that?!?!?! Well I guess I proved you wrong! Did ya like better? Worse? Any more death threats for Stef-chan, Steph-chan? HEY!
