In the first few episodes of the story the Shadow Master appears to be the bad guy in charge. Not much is known about the shadow master since all that is visible benieth the black hooded cape a fierce red eyes.

Yama/Red Ninja

Hair: very long and dark usually worn back.

Attributes: VERY arrogant, has a lot of pride (so much it's scary), he has a small soft spot for Kujakou and is the head ninja.

Takgami/Grey Ninja

height: 6'3"

eyes: purple

Hair: longish blond (like Jedite)

Attributes: Strong ilent type, slightly cocky, imposing, gentle to Kiyone, likes listening to Kiyone sing.

Hibiki/yellow Ninja

height: 6'0"

eyes: dark brown (almost black)

Hair: brown

Attributes: quiet but cocky, smart, arrogant, sure of himself and powers, is always seen bossing Shinji around.

Shinji/Blue Ninja

height: 6'2"

eyes: chocolate brown

Hair: short silver

Attributes: noble, humble, level-headed, healer, weaker powers, teased (esspecially by Yama)
