Hartia is from the Orphen (Sorcerus Stabber Orphen) series. The story of Orphen has several twists and turns, so I'll just say that the gist of it is this: Orphen's best friend in the world, Azalie, used her own power to turn herself into a dragon, the Bloody August. Orphen's main goal is to return Azalie to her true form. Hartia is an old school friend of Orphen's, who is caught between his loyalty to Orphen and his loyalty to his school.

Grant me this one request! I can tell him! Tell him what he does not know! Hartia (as The Black Tiger): I'm the assasing of the night! I live in the dark and hide my face by day! I am the embodiment of fear and evil! My name is...*sound of Hartia and his bull falling through the roof* Cleo: Hold it right there, pervert! Hartia: I'm not a pervert!! I am the assasin of the night! I live in the dark and... Cleo: I already got that part!! Hartia: Oh...okay...alright then. I'm the embodiment of fear and evil. I am...Black Tiger. Magic: Tiger...Black Tiger...Tiger... Hartia: Silence! You are useless to me! Where is the dark sorceror? Cleo: Orphen? He stepped out for a minute. Hartia: He's not here?? Magic: I remember now! So you're Black Tiger? Hartia: Yes! Magic: Black Tiger's a shrimp! A type of shrimp from the sea! (pause) *sound of Hartia falling over* Hartia: So Orphen's not here, huh? Come on, Carolyne. *sound of bull coming up through the floor* Cleo: Don't move, you shrimp-man! Hartia: Don't call me that! Magic: What do you want with my master?? Huh, shrimp-man? Hartia: *jumping up and down on bull* Ah, you stop calling me that I am not named after a shrimp!! I am Black Tiger. Cleo: You forgot your knife, shrimp! Hartia: It's...Black...Tiger!!
Yeah, the Black Tiger stuff is mainly comical. ^_^ His IQ drops when he puts on that costume, I swear.
