Seifer is the rival of Squall Leonhart. Seifer uses a weapon called a gunblade, which is different from Squall's gunblade. Seifer lives at Balmb Garden but later on in the game he joins the sorceress, Edea, and becomes her knight. He is 18 years old, 6 foot 2 inches, was born on December 22, and his blood type is O. Even later on in the game he becomes good once again.
