DESCRIPTION: Washuu is a great scientific genius, creating the Soujya, Ryo-Ohki, and the infamous Ryoko.
Back in the day, Washuu lived in the Graduate School of Galaxy Academy where she fell in love had her first child, which by the way, wasn't an invention. However, because he was from a noble family and WAshuu was not, he and her child were taken from her. But one day after creating one of my best creations, her assistant decided to confine her within the Souja, only to be freed 5,000 years later by Mihoshi. She decided to stay with Tenchi and all the others and do all her experiments within the closet she changes into a laboratory.
Washuu's bond with Ryoko is like a mother-daughter relationship, except Ryoko has no privacy because Washuu know what she is thinking, kinda like a psychic, I guess. Though Washuu have some invested interest in Ryoko, she is very fond of Tenchi as well. Able to create three wings of the light-hawk is something you don't see everyday. So Tenchi has become her favorite guinea pig.
