what's with all the black?
it's (one of) my favorite colors ... so at that, i chose it not because it's 'moody' and matches the shows feel, but because i like it. it's plenty easy on the eyes, especially when you stare at it all day while you're codeing the site.

yup. back when i was planning out this site, and collecting images from various archives, i found two of doggett with his gun drawn, i saved the first as gun01, and the second (mispelt) gunn02.
what's with all the "^_^"?
uh, those are faces. ^(eye) _(nose/mouth) ^(eye) ... see it now? ^_^;; (all the semi-colons are supposed to be sweat drops that symbolize nervousness, usually brought on by an awkward situation or statment ... it's an anime thing, don't ask)
where did you find all those cool looking images?
thanks for the compliment. i edited them myself in photoshop ^.^ to be fair though, i got most (well, the original capture) from haven and from the official site ... and then there are those i don't know where the hell they came from.
do you accept submissions?
yes- i do. only fics and essays, no fanart, sorry. collages maybe.

super- i'm not as picky with essays as i am with fics. my only requirements are that a) you check the spelling and grammar, it's not hard and b) there is a point to it. i won't post essays that consist of "doggett sucks ass because he's not mulder" i want a real argument here, people. get a logical point with a logical argument across and i'll post it. bonus points if you make me think or change my opinion on something.

this is a tad more tricky. aside from checking your grammar and spelling, i want the story to be *good* so that means no gratuitious self-insertions, no characters out of character and it must require a plot, and a logical one at that. i also won't accept fics that feature gratuitious doggett bashing or "making doggett a complete ass because i got something against him" fics because it's a shipper fic (and vice versa for dippers) unless it's funny ... and i mean really funny ... i don't tolerate character assassination.
as for "ratings" i don't really care. put a warning if you feel it needs one. i have no problem with slash (yaoi/yuri) stuff and i'll accept nc-17 (lemons) ... but that doesn't exempt you from a plot. it's not hard, people.

sure, so long as your site is decent enough and doesn't contain stolen stuff from other people (you know the kind- the people who copy an entire site that belongs to someone else and then claims it their own) ... but remember common courtesy, i scratch your back, you scratch mine ^.-
