Tenchi Muyo: Heaven Earth Series
Tenchi Mania Series
This is the sequel to Tenchi universe. Everybody from the old gang has gone to
their own seperate ways. Tenchi is living a normal life, Ryoko a pirate again robbing the
bank of Jurai, Ayeka resumes her duty as princess of Jurai, Sasami the same learning to be a
princess, Mihoshi and Kiyone working in Galaxy HQ again,and Washu in her own dimention. So the
series begin...
Epidsode 2: Girl Talk
Grandfather had just brought in some tea for everyone, as they
sat around the table. Father was the first to speak. "So, I'm sure
you all must have some interesting stories to tell!"
Sasami spoke up first after her first sip of tea: "Well, not much
has happened, really. Although we did see Mihoshi the other day.
She stopped us on our way to planet Fuitchisei-2,... she had to give us a ticket."
At this point all eyes in the room turned to Ayeka, who responded
with the claim that she was in a hurry to see the emperor of the
Fuitchisei realm, for an important meeting. "You see, trade with
his system has become stagnant this tear due a change in regular
climate in the southern hemisphere affecting a large area of farmland.
As a result, Fuitchisei's major crop export to Jurai has been greatly reduced."
Tenchi was interested at this point. "What crop wold that be?"
"Carrots."
"Myeow!" Ryo-Ohki's eyes lit up as she recognized the 'C' word.
At which point, Sasami got up and departed for the kitchen to retrieve
some carrots for her small friend.
Ayeka continued, "As a result of the deficit in carrots this year,
we discussed whether we should scale back on exports of textiles
as a way of balancing out the trade. However, we were afraid of
sending Fuitchisei-2 into recession...." Ryoko was bored of this
conversation by now, and stealthily added some sake into her tea.
Juraian economics were not among her favorite topics for discussion.
Soon enough, she just stopped caring about stealth and started
drinking the sake straight from the bottle, often interrupting the
tea conversation with loud belches, of course, only when Ayeka was
speaking. Now fully imbibed, her judgement and speech clouded, she
loudly announced "Ayecka, we don wanna hear bout no shtinking carrots!
Lezz talk bout sum'thin' intereshtin!"
Ryo-Ohki meowed in disagreement. Carrots were always of importance to her.
"And what important matters WOULD you care to discuss, Ryoko?" Ayeka asked impatiently.
"Lezz talk about Tenshi! I'm shure he'sh got a lotta shay, doncha
Tenchi?" She was now clearly straining to keep from falling over.
Tenchi began, reluctantly "Well, school's been okay, i guess. I
haven't run into any of our friends, though. Oh, but I did, however, see..."
At this point, Ryoko broke in to make a drunken pass at Tenchi.
"That ish sho *hic!* fashinating! You should right a book about that, Tenchi."
"Um, maybe you should lie down for a while Ryoko." said Tenchi.
"Tenchi's right, Ryoko. You aren't looking very well," added Sasami.
"Oh yeah? Well I've never felt better in my whole life! Tha's right.
You tryin' to pick a fight Ayeka?"
"Uh, Ryoko. I'm over here. And I'm Sasami."
"Yeah, Shashami!? I don't care if there are two of you! I can take
you both on! I can take everyone here, even those four wooden poshts over dere."
Ayeka turned and saw Azaka and Kamidake entering the room. Azaka
announced, "Princess, we have received word to inform you that the
talks with the Fuitchisei realm are going over well."
To which Kamidake added, "Things seem to be handling well enough.
It looks like you'll be able to stay on Earth for as long as you please."
Ryoko, still reeling, warned them "If it's a fight yer looking fer, yer gonna get..."
At this point she passed out and fell over into a deep sleep. "Maybe
you'd better get Ryoko over to the couch, Tenchi," said Grandfather.
Oh boy, thought Tenchi as he struggled to pick her up, Things are
gonna be just the way they used to be.
