In Support of Peace...As you all know, there have been bombings and terrorist attacks lately. What happened in NY, DC, Pennsylvania, as well as in Kabul, Afghanistan is something that we don't want to happen again. I know that at my age, I could not be of that much help, but as a webmistress, there is something I could do to show how much I want everything to settle down once and for all. It's something you can do too. So please support the move for peace and no terrorism by putting up any of the following banners on your sites and linking it back here so others can put up a banner too.  
It may be corny and O.A. but if it's for the good, it doesn't matter. At these times, it is important that we know how to take our stand. Right? Everyone desires to live in a world where there are no worries and fears. We CAN do our part to make it possible... And so, let us join hands in promoting peace and to end the violence. A little effort could make a big difference.
Our prayers and most sincere condolences goes out to all the families of the victims of the September 11 tragedy. And to Pres. Bush and all of the US: "We are one with you." |
