Webmaster's note: The Gouf Custom is a continuation on the theme of a Gouf; a high quality ground mobile suit lacking hoverjet engines. Similar to the original Gouf in many respects, the custom has multiple small external differences that make it easy to differentiate, including the additon of a central square cockpit window. Other improvements over the old stlye Gouf include a massive 6-barrel 75mm gattling gun attachment for the shield, and a 3-barrel 35mm machine gun in place of the old 5-barrel 75mm. Each of the three barrels contained a six-barrel vulcan cannon, explaining the small size of the bullets. The MS-07B-3's heat saber, unlike the MS-07B's, was a standard model with a simple heated blade. Meanwhile, the Gouf Custom's heat rod, rather than a tentacle, was more like a simple wire with a knob on the end. Though slicing ability was negated, the new heat rod had longer range, could be used as a magnetic grappling hook, and could deliver a disabling shock to an enemy simply by sticking the end to their mobile suit.
