Webmaster's notes: The MAN-08 Elmeth was a mobile armor equipped with a psycommu (psychic communication) system. Its primary weapons were eight "bits", which were simply powerful beam guns fixed with multiple engines that made them extremely fast and manuverable. Because the bits could be controlled by the pilot's mind alone, they could be used against enemy ships even when the Elmeth was far away and hidden by debris or a cloud of minovsky particles. In a similar situation, radio-controlled bits would not work because the particles would disable them. This was the power of the bits, which were poweful enough to destroy enemy capital ships and so fast most normal gunners were incapable of shooting them down. They also operated free of the sort of wires used in the Zeong and Brawbro, meaning only a Newtype with excellent control could operate them well. The Elmeth itself was a powerful craft. Aside from its use of remote weapons, it was simply a bulky space fighter, and was capable of easily outrunning enemy mobile suits that may approach it. It was also armed with two poweful mega particle cannons in case it was forced to fight "the old fashioned way".
