Gohan the young unsung hero of DBZ

Gohan is Goku's first son. He is first introduced at 4 years old in DBZ. While he likes to study more than fight, he is incredibly strong, the strongest out of all the non-fused characters. His crime fighting alter-ego is the Great Saiyaman, who of course, fights crime. Piccolo is his mentor, as seen in his dress style. Most everything he knows when he was young was taught to him by Piccolo.
