Welcome to The High Council
Welcome to the very nervous center of the Revolution. It is here that all aspects of business are taken care of. Please feel free to stay as long as you like. But do be careful of your step, we wouldn't want you to have to buy something of value that you broke.
We are the people of the Revolution:
Name: Justin Clark
Rank: Emporer
Position: Leader
Bio: The son of a rich upstanding family Clark is a resourceful leader. His childhood was anything but ordinary, moving from place to place he had very few friends and if he ever managed to make any his father had to move almost immediately. Clark has a large family estate awaiting him after his old mans death. Clark leads with a strong fist and an even stronger will. One of his favorite things to do is to discipline the Whipping boy.
Name: Justin Martin
Rank: Commondont
Position: Prime Minister
Bio: One of Clarks only friends, since he was thirteen. When Clark prepared to lead the Revolution he could think of no one more qualified than Martin to be his second-hand-man. Clark usually talks through Martin to the High Council, and the High Council talks through Martin to Clark. Most members, except for the most important, rarely get to talk to or see Clark.

Name: Kevin Ivers

Position: Court Artist/Jester and Top Class Fighter Pilot
Bio: Ivers has no recolection of his childhood, a horrible military experiment gone wrong, one in which Ivers was a part of, destroyed all of his long term memories since before the age of 17, Ivers being only 20 at the time. Although the military poured all of their resources into finding a cure for Ivers' condition they had to abandon the project, whith out luck of finding a cure, or a cause of why the project's accident created his condition. Ivers was retired with full decorations. Clark heard of the valiant, young officer and commanded McConnell to request his enlistment. Ivers has a great sense of humor and the hand of a true artist. Which is why Clark asks him to be the local entertainment for when the High Council holds a party. Clark ordered his top scientific minds, leading the way in exobiology, biology, chemistry, pshycology, and physics to help Ivers.
Name: Dylan Schmidt
Rank: Civilian
Position: Whipping Boy
Bio: Born to a poor family, Dylan's parents decided to give him up for adoption. Dylan has lived most of his life in an orphanage. By luck of fate Justin Martin found the young boy, he now is pampered and lives a life of luxury, except for the fact that anyone on the High Council can take a whack at him when they feel like it. He does, however, have quite a fiery soul, and has, at times, lashed back at the members, for which he has been disciplined.
