Todd looked up and smiled as the sun shined down on him and the cold winds whirled about and Todd grasped his arms. "It really IS getting colder out..." Todd suddenly skated off of a small rise and tumbled to the ground and fell on his face. "Whoa! OW!!"

"That's what you get for not watching where you're going!" Sakura said, sort of irritated as she skated around him. "Are you all right?"

"I'm okay...I guess there IS a reason for this safety gear." Todd smiled weakly as he looked at the scratch on his knee pad. He looked in his book bag and breathed a sigh of relief when he found his candy grams were all right. "They're also okay..."

Madison skated up and frowned as she saw Todd on the ground. She and Sakura helped him up and she asked. "Are you hurt?"

"No!" Todd smiled. "I'm fine, let's take a rest though."

"Fine with me!" Madison sighed, wiping some sweat from her brow.

"Oh man! That's all on the first list." Sakura heaved as she slumped on the park bench. "How many more lists do we have left to to serve?"

Todd looked in his pack and took out the lists. "So we're done the first...so we only have..." Todd flipped through the pages and finally came to a conclusion. "We have 9 more!"

Madison groaned and shook her head. "Nine more? Oh man...this is going to be a long day."

Sakura smiled and said. "We're going to have a great workout."

Sakura, Madison and Todd skated through the day, delivering the candy grams and speaking the messages that they came with. It took them six hours total and they finished six of the nine lists. They all took a break going out for ice-cream at the same place as before. They walked in and saw there wasn't anyone else in the store. The counter had less ice cream than usual, it must have been because winter is approaching soon.

"So what did Li say to you when you were here?" Madison asked. "Come on! I can keep a secret!"

"But HE'S here!" Sakura replied, showing her Todd who was sitting right beside her.

"I can keep a secret too! You can trust me. I'd never do anything to hurt you, I'm your friend." Todd earnestly said. "I... ... ... never mind."

"I honestly don't remember." Sakura replied, looking up. "Li was babbling something when Sweet attacked me...and I don't remember anything after that."

"Oh well, I guess he..." Todd mumbled. "Never mind!"

They finished their ice-cream and they left the store. They smile to one another and said  see you tomorrow and they all go their separate ways. Todd walked home and sighed. "Thank goodness she...huh?"

Tatea burst through the door in a rage. She crashed into Todd and they both crashed down to the ground. Tatea glared at him and leapt up from the ground. "Watch where you're going you clumsy idiot!"

"I'm sorry..." Todd apologized. "I didn't know you were here."

Tatea began to stomp off and Todd called after her. "Tatea, wait! Why are you so mad?"

"Blair and Tejina started making out right in front of me! That's so rude!" Tatea replied, irritated. "What's your problem anyway, always butting into other peoples business!"

"Wait!" Todd said, almost shouting. He rooted through his pack and took out a candy gram. "This is for you!"

Tatea took the candy gram and stared at him for a very long time. Her expression was blank and caught off guard. She continued to stare at him and Todd stared back, blinking and he tilted his head. Tatea closed her eyes and smiled and said. "Thank you." She walked away, leaving Todd confused and blinking still.

"...What was that about?" Todd asked to himself but then smiled. "Oh well...at least it made her happy, I wonder if she thought it came from ME? Impossible." Todd entered the building and walked to his apartment.

Todd walked in and slumped down on the couch. "This was a very tiring day..."

Kero flew in and smiled as he approached him. "Have a tough day? Did you capture a clow card? You look beat."

"Nope! I've been traveling all over the world delivering candy grams all day. It'll pay off though because we'll have more money for the field trip." Todd replied, sorting through the lists. "I wonder if the weather is going to be all right?"

"Who knows?" Kero smiled as he booted up a video game. "Let's a battle to clear your head!"

"You're gonna lose again!" Todd smirked as he sat down beside him and the battle scene started up.

Meanwhile, Sakura lurched through the door and whined. "I feel like soaking in a hot tub for at least two months..." She collapsed on the couch and Tori walked into the room.

"What? Is the little squirt tired?" Tori teased. "The fresh air must have been good for you!"

"Go crawl under a rock, Tori!" Sakura replied bitterly and sighed again. "To think I have to do this tomorrow..."

"What you're doing reminds me of what Julian and I used to do when we were earning money awhile ago...we were just a little older than you. We delivered flyers to houses around the city, it was tiring work but Julian was always there to cheer me up." Tori replied. "I sure do miss him, he was a better cook than I'll ever be and he could help me out in math."

Sakura sighed. "I know you're a lousy cook. I've eaten your cuisine, you're only good at making pizza."

"And you're only good at running, nothing else!" Tori replied, smirking. "You shouldn't talk about the cooking, Squirt. I have to ask you...what do you do at night when you sneak out or when you suddenly have to rush somewhere. Where's that stuffed animal you used to keep around with you?"

Sakura got nervous and smiled timidly. "I lost him and I'll just go and... ... ..."

"Save it, I don't care anymore. You just be careful okay?" Tori replied. "... I trust you."

Aiden called from inside the kitchen as he was placing dumplings on the plates. "It's dinner time, kids!"

Supper was delicious and the dishes were done. The evening went by in a breeze and Sakura got ready for bed. The night was odd, Sakura tossed and turned in bed, having a dream.

Sakura looked around as she brushed some leafy branches aside. She walked down a dirt path and stared at the arrangements of wild flowers and looked at the beams of sunlight shining down on the areas of the forest. Sakura sighed heavily and breathed in the fresh air and the feeling made her light on her feet. She came to the fork in the road and sighed. "It's that dream again...I know this means something."

The pikachu jumped out of the bushes and jumped on the giant rock on the side of the path. The yellow creature smiled and said. "Welcome back Sakura. I'm pikachu and you've been here before right?"

"Right!" Sakura said. "I don't even like pokemon so what on earth are you doing here? And how can you talk? Usually pikachus can only say their name or so I hear..."

"The forest is beautiful isn't it?"

"Yeah but..."

"You see two paths before you..."

"Yeah but..."

"Each path will have its rewards but also has its pitfalls. You can only choose one."

"I know, you said that earlier."

"Really? Well we can skip the whole meaning of the paths and turn the focus on me! I also represent something and you say that you don't like pokemon right?" The Pikachu replied shrugging his shoulders and wagged his tail once. "Well, no one is perfect. Anyway, Since you don't like pokemon, you don't like me. I represent the fact that you won't like to make the choice."

Everything was going bright. Sakura looked about and started to shout as the Pikachu slipped further and further away. "I won't like to make the choice?! What do you mean!? You have to tell me!!"

"No, you'll have to figure this out on your own. Good luck!"

Sakura suddenly opened her eyes and heard the sound of the alarm clock. "Ugh! I'm up! I'm up!"

Sakura lurched out of bed and down the stairs, still in her pajamas. She poured herself some cereal and turned on the T.V. Sakura's eyes widened as she saw the weather footage. "What on earth is this?"

"The weather report today is a very strange one. It seems that a dense fog has rolled in from the sea. Visibility is very poor today so avoid any driving if you can." The weather guy said while pointing to the patch moving in on Tokyo and the surrounding towns, including Reidenton. "Have a good day but avoid the roads. All schools in the area are closed until the fog lifts."

"Woo hoo!! No school tomorrow!!" Sakura yelled out. "I still have to make the deliveries today though..." Sakura ran into her room after eating her fill of breakfast. She changed into some outdoor clothes and walked out to strap on her in line skates. "I hope today won't be too tiring."

Sakura walked outside and it was foggy but she could see clear to the corner. Sakura smiled and said. "This fog won't stop me!"

Meanwhile, Todd and Madison walked out of their houses too and saw the fog and they and Sakura all met at the school. The fog was only a little more dense and everyone smiled to one another.

"A free day off school!" Todd beamed. "A storm day! Well, I got my stuff!"

"I'm ready too! I wonder why there's fog...it's getting close to winter so weather like this shouldn't be happening...right?" Madison asked as she looked down the checklist. "We only have three more lists so if we do one each, we'll be okay!"

"Let's go!" Todd nodded as they all went their separate ways. Todd skated about and Kero popped out of his pocket. He looked up and around. Todd looked down at him and asked. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing, just weather like this doesn't make sense...I'm wondering if there's a clow card around here..." Kero replied seriously. "I wonder...could it be the mist card?"

"I don't know..." Todd said as he looked at the first address. "There's a bunch in an apartment building. Let's go there first."

Todd skated to the corner and heard a smash of metal and glass. Todd ran to the site of the crash and saw that two cars had a minor crash, the fenders and headlights were busted. "A car accident...I guess the fog is getting thicker...I can only see about 20 feet in front of me." Todd skated to the building and managed to fill out all the orders. Todd managed to skate to the park without crashing into anything. He sat down on the bench. "This is getting nuts...I can only see about 10 feet in front of me, I can almost cut this fog with a knife!"

"I don't think this weather is just a coincidence! I think it's a clow card!" Kero said to Todd. "We'd better find Sakura and Li."

"I'll call her on this cell phone. I received the phone from Madison!" Todd said as he dialed Li on the phone. "Li!"

Li heard the phone ring and ran to it from the training room Meilin ran after him and called. "Li! Come back here! I wanna show you this new move I learned from this web site. Come on!!"

Li picked up the phone. "Hello? Li speaking...Hi Todd, did you get the orders done yet? I heard it was foggy outside!"

"I didn't get the candy grams delivered yet. I can't see anything thanks to this fog!"

Li blinked and got a little angry. "Are you slacking? Fog shouldn't be enough to stop you!"

"Look out the door to the balcony, can you even see to the end of it?"

Li walked to the door and gasped. He could see the potted plant next to the chair but nothing beyond that. "Wow that's bad fog! No wonder the schools are canceled!"

"Kero and I think it's a clow card! I'll get you over here, I'll use the through card!" Todd hung up and took out his pocket spear. "Spear of Todd! Power of magic...power of light...surrender the spear...the force, ignite! Release!!" Todd's pocket spear floated up a bit and started to glow. The winds picked up about him and the spear began to spin in a glowing orb. The orb got bigger and burst into a blast of light. Todd gripped the full sized spear and took out the Through card. "Through card! I command you to make a rift for Li and Meilin to cross through to come here in an instant! Through card! Release and dispel!!" Todd slammed his spear down on the card and the card transformed into a swirling phantasm that formed into a glowing doorway. "Li! Can you hear me?"

Li looked into the doorway which formed in front of the front door of his apartment. "I can hear you...is this the doorway?"

Meilin walked up to him and asked. "Who are you talking to, Li?"

"Todd set up a doorway to let us get to the park!" Li said as he ran into his room to put on his ceremonial robes. "Meilin, you coming!"

Meilin was already in her room changing into her set of robes. She and Li walked out of their rooms and smiled to one another. "Let's go!"

They ran into the doorway and came out in front of Todd in the park. Sakura and Madison were also there and Todd was changed into an odd costume with him wearing a rabbit eared headband, light blue, loose fitting pajamas with a cute bunny picture on the chest white wings on the back and boots with wings stuck on the back Kero was also there and he had bunny ears. Todd smiled, embarrassed. "Welcome to the park, Li."

"What on earth are you wearing!?" Meilin suddenly shouted as she came through the rift. "That look is so cute, it's almost not like you!"

"Don't say it's cute!" Todd snapped as he looked over his costume and then he sighed. "Way to go, Madison you've entered a new level..."

"..." Kero mumbled as he played with the bunny ears on his head. "Yeah..."

"Thanks! The design is sooo cute! I HAD to dress you up this way! It's been bugging me for the last couple of days." Madison smiled cutely as she zoomed in on him. "I have to get a shot of the powder puff tail."

"Powder puff WHAT?!?!" Todd almost screamed. "God!! I hope no one from class sees me...Li! Use the lasan board quick!"

"Force, know my plight...release the light!!" Li's lasan board glowed and then flashed and beamed upward. "Points up."

"Now...I'll use the fly card to get us up there!" Todd said as he took out the fly card. "Fly c..."

"Say it with more enthusiasm! Bunny enthusiasm!!" Madison smiled as she took more shots. "Come on! If you look like the cute bunny, you must sound like the cute bunny!"

"... ... ... ..." Todd growled and then with a anime angry mark on his head he cheerfully chirped. "Let's flyyyy!!!" Todd slammed the fly card and giant wings appeared on his spear. "Now let us go to the top of the pretty cloud!!"

"Sure..." Li replied, a little creeped out. As Li attempted to get onto the spear, Madison stops him.

Madison smiles and asks. "Will you do me a favor?"

"Uh, yeah." Li replied while blinking blankly. A few moments passed and Li stepped out of the fog scowling. He was dressed in brown pajamas with a headband with cat ears. Li also had boots that looked like cat paws. He also had a long tail. "You are NOT dressing me in this!"

"Let's just do this thing okay, you just can't argue with Madison..." Todd sighed while on the spear. "That's one of her powers you know..."

Todd and Li rode the spear to the top of the fog barrier and saw Cloud sitting on a cloud mound. Todd blinked and Li commented. "The fog was a giant and thick cloud! This is the cloud card!"

Cloud nodded and looked away from them. Todd and Li looked over to where the Cloud card was staring and saw a figure flying towards them. "What on earth is approaching...wait I know, oh great. I knew it wasn't going to be simple now."

Sennyo and Sennae laughed as they approached Cloud. Todd and Li zoomed down to Cloud and Li shot a bolt of lightning at the invaders. "Lightning!!" Sennyo and Sennae moved out of the way and Sennae countered with his magic. "Stardust March!!" Sennae sent out a barrage of magic black stars that Li and Todd weren't ready for. They were blasted by the stars and Todd fell off of the spear. They fell back down to earth and Sakura looked up at them.

Sakura takes out the time card and threw it into the air. "Time card, slow the moment so Li and Todd can land safely! Time!" She brought the star wand down on the card and it sent out a flash of light that inverted the colors. Todd and Li looked down as their fall speed was reduced. They landed on their feet and the Spear came soon after. Todd grabbed the spear and grinned at Sakura and Sakura commanded time to be resumed.

"Thanks!" Todd smiled. "I thought we we were goners!"

"Don't worry about it, I'll do it again! Go capture the card!" Sakura replied. "Do it before the Naughty Ones do!"

Todd looked at the two who looked as if they were already sealing the card. He took out the Wood card and chanted. "Wood! I command you to trap the naughty ones! Wood, release and dispel!" Todd slammed the spear down on the card and it turned into a mess of vines and roots. Wood flew out of the card and flew towards the naughty ones while they gloated to one another as the fog vanished.

"All right! We caught it!" Sennae leered at Sennyo who he was holding onto. "Let's get out of here before those idiots come back for us!"

Sennyo nodded. "Okay but...get off of my leg! I'm tired of holding you up!" They started their decent when they saw her approaching. While they were gloating, Wood surrounded them with vines and foliage. They looked on in anger as Wood used more tree branches and roots to block their path down. Sennyo tried to fly up but Wood covered their escape root that way as well. They were surrounded by magic nature. "Oh no! We can't get out...well there is a plus side to this...get off!!" Sennyo growled as she got Sennae to let go of her ankle. He fell into the woodwork and she joined him. "What are we gonna do now?"

"I...think we could escape by challenging him and then running off!" Sennae replied mischievously. "It worked before!"

"We could try it! We need more cards..." Sennyo commented as they knocked on the wood wall. "Hey Bunny boy!!"

Todd made a sulky face at that remark. "Bunny boy?" He looked over himself. "Oh, right..."

Sennyo continued her conversation through the woodwork. "So, I have a proposition fair and true. You and the Kitten..."

Li sighed and almost fell over. "Uhhh...."

"...Will battle us in a free for all battle. Winner takes the Cloud card! So?"

"You're in no position to make deals!" Todd shouted. "I may look like a bunny but I'm not stupid! You double crossed us last time, so what makes you so sure I'm gonna let you go?"

"Because we have the clow card and you can't get at it until you free us!" Sennae replied, smiling malevolently. "We'll destroy the clow card if you don't agree to us!"

"Can they do that?" Todd asked Li with a hint of worry. "Really?"

Li shrugged. "I don't know...I have no idea what these guys can do so I'm not sure!"

Todd grimaced and sighed. "Okay...I'll let you out but I'm warning you! If you run away, I'll get even with you. You'd better believe me!" Todd shouted to wood, who was holding them. "Wood, you let them go but if they try to get away, you re-cage them up!"

Wood nodded and released both of them. They jumped down to the ground and smiled. "I knew you'd see it our way..." They through the Cloud card up and it flew into the air. "Cloud card, there shall be a contest for who gets to keep you. It'll be a two on two battle with no time limit. Let's fight!"

Todd and Li nodded to one another and faced off. Sennyo and Sennae both gave each other evil grins and the battle commenced. Sennyo jumped back and chanted. "Maelstrom Magic!!" She waved her staff and it got windy. Todd and Li braced themselves for the wind storm and Todd shouted back to them. "You think we're scared by a little bit of wind?!" Todd took the Windy card and threw it into the air but it got blown behind him. "Oh now I see..."

Sennae jumped back and charged Li and Todd with his tin whistle in hand. He tore into them which caused them to get knocked into the air, they fell to the ground and Sennae was coming back. He leapt up and came down in an attempt to stomp him. Todd quickly got up and ducked out of the way. Li also got up and he got his sword ready. "Force, know my plight! Release the light!! Lightning!" Li's sword gained a current and he launched the bolt at Sennyo and hit her. She cried out as she tumbled backward and wiped out in the sand. "Now Todd!!" Li shouted to Todd who was a little bit away from him.

Todd nodded and the Windy card flew back to him. He glared at Sennyo and Sennae and also took out the Firey card as well as Windy. He through them up and chanted. "Windy! Firey! Release and dispel!" Todd impaled them both with his spear and they both appeared through a swirling of yellow and red magic. Todd smiled and then he yelled the commands in a surprisingly aggressive tone. "Don't hesitate, my friends! Attack, Attack, Attack!!" He pointed his spear at Sennyo and Sennae and they blinked back in disbelief.

Windy and Firey flew around them and Sennyo and Sennae had a difficult time dodging all of the lightning and wind shots that Windy was firing and all the fireballs that Firey was shooting. Firey and Windy stopped the projectiles and started to physically attack the twin terrors. Sennyo and Sennae leapt out of their path and Sennyo chanted in a tone mixed between fear and anger. "Starlight Barrier!!" She raised her fairy wand and a blue barrier encased around them. Todd glared at the twins and commanded. "Firey, Windy! No point! Show them that we mean business!! Plasma!!!" Todd ran into place and they formed a delta around the confused twins hiding behind their barrier. Todd's spear glowed and Firey and Windy raised their hands to the sky. They summoned a fiery patch of lightning and searing heat that formed in the delta and the Naughty One's shield shattered almost instantly. They screamed while in a current of super heated plasma and chains of crackling lightning. By the end of the spell, both of the twins collapsed to the ground.

Todd finally lowered his spear and glared at them. "I may be a bunny...but I can kick your butt!!" He rushed to the Cloud card and it flew to him. Todd put it in his pocket and returned to Li and the Others. "So what do you say? THIS bunny commands some authority!"

Li smiled and commented. "You lost the bunny personality, not that I care..."

"I was in a bad mood!" Todd reasoned. "Sorry!"

"Well...I'm not gonna say it but I understand how you feel." Kero replied. "Awesome job catching it."

Madison, Sakura and Meilin ran up to Todd and Li. Meilin, Meilin started . "You were great guys!"

Madison smiled at them. "That was a great capture! You defeated the Naughty ones in a bunny suit! That was so cool."

Todd muttered this under his breath. "Yeah...cool...now you have material you could blackmail me with..."

"What was that?"

"Nothing!" Todd replied and then looked at the writhing Naughty Ones. "Let's just ditch these guys and go get some ice-cream..." They all left the Naughty Ones to lie in their pain.

Sennyo slowly got up and sighed. "Ouch...He took the card, didn't he?"

"Well, he'd be pretty stupid if he didn't..." Sennae replied. "Let's pray he is stupid..." Sennae got up and looked at where the card was and sighed. "No, he took it...wait! A person's coming! Change back!"

They held hands and started to glow and transformed back into Jaki and Mashou. Tatea walked up to them and she looked at them strangely. "Jaki, Mashou...?"

They both grinned evilly at her and replied. "Tatea...?"

Tatea blinked and looked at them oddly and walked away. When she walked away, Jaki and Mashou looked at one another and then back at Tatea. "I think she's starting to catch on..."

"I don't know...maybe she really is!" Jaki replied seriously. "What are we gonna do?"

"...We'll get rid of her!" Mashou replied. "Well we'll think of something later...let's go, Jaki." They both walked into the darkness.
 
 

Next time on Card Captor Todd!

"What?!" Todd asked, totally floored. "What do you mean Aiden asked my mom to marry him? My mom was strangely happy too so she must have said yes!!" Todd and Sakura smiled and held hands. "Sakura! We're going to be together more often!"

Sakura smiled. "I know It's going to be a wonderful wedding and...I also love you, too! How about it we get married too?"

"Okay!"

Todd smiled, this must have had the best day in his life. He looked at the ceiling and sighed a heavenly sigh. The new house was huge too and Sakura loves him too, he was just at the height of his life. The only thing left for him today was to study about the remaining clow cards. He took the clow book out and opened it to the Dream card. He saw the most odd thing, the words were just gibberish and crazy numbers. When Todd looked at it more closely and the letters slid off of the page and onto the bed. "What in the world is going on here!?"
