Chumon is a mouse Digimon that hangs around with a large wierd-looking Digimon named Sukamon. I'm not sure how he helped the Digidestined out before the Dark Masters, but when the Digidestined were facing the Dark Masters, he told them about how he and Sukamon were attacked and separated ... giving the Digidestined even more of a reason to defeat the Dark Masters.
