Appearances:  Jtown Jrock Cosplay Day, Halloween 2001, Fanime Con 2002  Items needed to Refine: A black blouse (preferrably with mutton leg sleeve), long black pleated skirt, acrinnilan (sp?  O__o) poof thingy, various hair ornament thingys, platform boots, heavy make-up, a violin or umbrella, three different rings (large black stone, small black stone, and no stone) The perks:  -Scares people                    -Excuse to use guy-speak (boku, etc.)                    -It's black.  I like black =P                    -Looking at Beast of Blood PV clips while in costume (funny)                    -Having someone in a visual kei-ish band walk up and talk to you                    -meeting many new jrock fans at cons The SCARY:  -People coming up to you and saying "Did you perform already?" because of the festival                      -Violins are a pain in the arse to carry around                      -Make-up and hair take a loooong time                      -Tripping ver the long skirt                      -Running in heels in a skirt is NOT fun Problems:  My violin was horribly out of tune and the A string snapped.  Grrr..... -____- Costume Memory Quotes - Self:  "Boku wa Mana." (A good lesson in not cosplaying when there's a festival on the same day... whoops) "Are you going to perform?" (same thing X_X) "Can you really play?" Current Status:  In storage, but ready. Costume Background: We just kinda decided to go up to Jtown some random day towards the end of summer and do some Jrock cosplay just cause. =P Comments: Eeks NEVER go do cosplay in Jtown the same day there's a festival.  It was SOOOOO crampt and everyone thought we were performers.  Just cause we have white faces, it doesn't make us a circus act people!  X____x Sheez... oh well  it was pretty fun cause I think we scared a lot of people.  The only real problem was when we went for dinner and little snacks that were in place of lunch, the make-up kept getting messed up. -__-  Oh well.  Still spiffy.  ^^  I think I'll probably use this one again ***************************************     First two pictures are from SU's camera and are mine so please don't use them without asking me first.
