Ruin Explorers Content
Going into Ruin Explorers I thought it would contain a simple story: "Find the ultimate power!" While this is basically true, it was better than I expected. I won't spoil the whole thing for you, but in the end it turned out quite a bit different than I thought. I thought it pulled off a pretty amazing story too for just a 4 episode series.During the course of Fam and Irie's journey of exploring ruins for precious items, they stumble upon a prince whose kingdom was destroyed many years ago. He is trying to find and kill the man who destroyed his Kingdom. Only the ultimate power can defeat him. Fam wants to help him save his kingdom, so she drags Irie in to help her. Overall, Ruin Explorers provides some good action, adventure and comedy. [8.5] Animation
Ruin Explorers' animation is pretty good overall. The action scenes are well done, and obviously recieved the most attention. Everything else looks about average for an OVA series. [8.7]Music
Opening is good, but I found the ending to be better. It has a really catchy tune ^_~. Background music isn't bad, but it isn't anything memorable either.
