Why my sites always suck

I've finally figured out why my sites always suck. I've had three sites in the past;

http://members.xoom.com/kirei16 was made in August of 1998
http://members.xoom.com/kereopi was made December 14th, 1999
http://members.nbci.com/shadyjdog was made August 1st of 2000
This site was made September 1st, 2001

So, what happened to my past sites? Well, the first two got deleted, becaues I think I violated their Terms of Service. My third site won't let me upload anything, so it's still there. Back to the topic; why my sites suck.

So here's a list;
     My sites always look really bad
     I type really bad
     I only know really basic HTML.
     I'm too lazy to learn HTML or Javascript
     I'm lazy

So what's the point?... For all you people out there who want to make a great site, just don't do any of the above.
