Super Saiyajin level 4. This is the last stage of super saiyajin known. You can only reach this stage if you have your tail. Also, before you can reach this stage, you have to be able to mentally control yourself during Golden Oozaru form (for all of you that don't know, Golden Oozaru is a stronger version of Oozaru, which is what a saiyajin turns into under moonlight). Goku was the first to reach this stage sometime in DBGT.
