When Kasumi was a little girl, she was continually teased by her sisters. She only had a few friends, who soon became enemies. During Kasumi's teen years, a young electric sprite named Hiroshi was experimenting with a transformation spell that Kasumi was caught in when curious. She then became a water sprite, which allowed her to walk on the land with her new pair of legs. And delighted, she fell in love with the electric sprite. However, she still held her past hatred and decided to slowly kill for pleasure and hired "minions" who she usually treated as both employees and friends.
