When Seiyou was seventeen, her uncle died of an unknown cause (actually it was cancer but nobody knew ^^;;). She took role as the cheif of the Yosei Kokoro. Seiyou decided it'd be best if the originization were to split into several groups. She chose the most prized and elite group to be with her, and they would help control all of the island, while other groups kept at their station. Seiyou once met Shigeru, and fell in love with him a few days after their meeting. She tried to keep calm when she learned he was already in love with another boy named Satoshi.
