Tenchi Masaki was a normal boy, until the day he went against his grandfather's orders to go to the tomb of the evil demon. When he did this he let out the evil demon. Who turned out to be a sexy, mischievious, space pirate named Ryoko.
Doing this initiated a series of events, that helped him meet four more girls: Sasami, Washu, Ayeka, and Mihoshi. Problem is, they are all in love with him, AND live in the same house with him.
He doesn't have time to fall in love with anybody because of school, family, taking care of the shrine, and pulling all of these girls out of trouble from the universe and Earth!
Tenchi Muyo is a funny and unpredictable anime. It is funny at has good quality animation. There are three Tenchi series: Tenchi Muyo, Tenchi Universe, and Tenchi in Tokyo. The Tenchi series also produced 4 Tenchi movies, the newest takes place after the end of Tenchi Muyo. Tenchi lives with his father and grandfather. Then one day his destiny changed forever. He meets 5 lovely girls. He finds out that he has special powers. In the first two series he has the Jurai power along with the sword "Tenchi". In Tenchi in Tokyo he has the power of the earth. Each series is filled with love, laughters, and some fighting.
