Absolutlely 100% Final Fantasy X!

Welcome to my page about Final Fantasy X. This is the 10th game in a series of excellent RPGs.
The game focuses on boy called Tidus who is transported 1000 years into the future by a large monster named Sin. He meets up with a Summoner called Yuna who is on a Pilgrimage to defeat Sin. Tidus becomes one of her Guardians and the group go off on their quest.

For most of the game, we here Tidus' thoughts and feelings aswell as finding out what happened by playing the game. Tidus is actually telling his story from the ruins of Zanarkand as the group stop here before meeting with Yunalesca and Summoning the Final Aeon. Throughout the story we see the developing relationship between Tidus and Yuna.

SPOILER ALERT: This site contains details on the story and ending to the game.

Characters:

  • Tidus
  • Yuna
  • Seymour
  • Wakka
  • Auron
  • Kimahri
  • Learn to speak Al Bhed

This Game was the first of the Final Fantasy series to be played on the Playstation 2. The graphics are superb giving you a real sense of the 3D world. The story is good, but unlike the other Final Fantasy games, it is very linear with no sidequests apart from finding your ultimate weapons.
The FMV sequences are absolutely amazing and you get the chance to rewatch them all in "Luca". Yet again Nobeo Uematsu has captured the essence of the story in the music and has created another brilliant theme tune, "Suteki Da Ne".

Although the ending is good it is a little disappointing. It was extremely sad and made you want to cry when Tidus puts his arms around Yuna and then Yuna's speach brings the tears back, but unlike FFVIII and FFIX there wasn't that sense of fulfillment. The ending for FFVIII was brilliant as it gave the player an insite into a lot of the characters emotions and feelings, like Laguna and Rinoa and FFIX was absolutely heart wrenching as it kept the player in suspense and used a combination of emotive music and stunning graphics ending in a magnificent finale. But with FFX I was left expecting something else to happen and the scene after the credits kind of spoilt it. However, it is none the less one of the best games around.

This website has been set up for the enjoyment of myself and the fans. I would like you to enjoy this and others to enjoy so here are a few pointers:

  • Feel free to use any pictures on this site. They are to be enjoyed, if it's good enough for my site it's good enough for yours. Pictures should be free and not particularly owned by anyone except the artist. But...
  • Don't steal fan art. Someone has taken time drawing it and may not want anyone else to have it. Always ask before you take, it may turn out they don't mind.
  • If you do take pictures it would be nice if you could link me to your page. It is not a necessity so don't feel you have to, it would just be a nice guesture.
  • I would like to get more links but it is hard as many people have banners, so if you have your own website please could you send me your html code if you have a banner or if not just the name of your site and the address.

Thank you for visiting my site!
