Moo is the monster who is turning all of the good monsters into bad ones. Scientists a long time ago created him, but after he went bad, the scientists had to create the Phoenix to stop him. The Phoenix defeated Moo and sealed its body away, but the world of technology was destroyed.
Later on, Moo's body was still sealed, but its mind was able to take over another body. Moo took over Holly's father, who was in search of the legendary phoenix so that he could help monsters and return to him village.
Moo is currently trying to get his body back and turn all the monsters into his slaves. He is the only person who understands the true power of the magic stone, and that it is the key to joining his mind and body and that of the phoenix.
