About 6 weeks after the Convention, I got an E-mail from Walter. He told me he had attended a lecture in Huston, TX that was given by none other than the great Giant Robo Creator, (as well as Writer/Director) Yasuhiro Imagawa himself! Walter then explained that he had given a print copy of the picture Bill took, and had given it to him! (Shown in the two pictures above) So in a sense, Imagawa is aware of the Experts of Cosplay! What an honor. I want to thank Walter Amos and Bill Mumbu, on behalf of the E.O.C. It's thrilling to think that the creator of the show we love so much, has a picture of is. T.T
As an added note, our friend Patrick attended a similar Lecture in Atlanta. Seems Imagawa was doing alot of them. While he was there, he gave Imagawa even more pictures of the E.O.C.! This means that Imagawa now has pictures of Nate (Taisou) and Jim (Issei-Doujin). How exciting. Big Thanks to Patrick for doing that!

Tetsugyu: Here is something that just warms our hearts. During the last day of Anime Expo 2002 I ran into Bill Mumbu. Bill was a GR fan whom I met at the last AX, and who is good friends with Walter Amos, who I also met, but on a seperate occasion. Anyway, I had somewhat introduced/showed him my new friends Alex and Jessica in their costumes. And so Being a GR fan, he took the above picture of us. Continued...
