Vegeta was born on the planet with the same name as himself, Vegeta. He was one of the most feared warriors on the planet even though he was just a child. The only bad thing about the planet Vegeta at the time was the fact that a monster named Freiza was controlling the saiyans, making them do what he wanted. When Vegeta's father, King Vegeta, tried to stop the evil tyrant Freiza, he was killed along with the whole planet Vegeta. Luckily, Vegeta was put on an assignment right before the death of all his people. Vegeta was one of the few Saiyans to survive. A saiyan baby named kakarot was shipped to the plant Earth to conquer it. Along with Vegeta, two saiyans named Nappa and Raditz survived. The three saiyan survivors continued to do Freiza's bidding. Raditz went to the planet Earth to check up on Kakarot, only to find out that he has changed into a noble warrior named Goku. Raditz was defeated by Goku with the help of a namek named Picollo. In his dying moments, Raditz was given information that Goku would be bought back to life by "Dragonballs", which would grant any wish to the user. Over hearing this on their scouters, Vegeta and Nappa headed for the planet Earth to have their wishes granted. When the 2 saiyan warriors arrived on Earth, they were greeted by the Earth's special forces: The Z Fighters. |
