What is "Ki?" In order to fly, you must have control of your ki. What is ki you ask? "Ki" can broadly be defined as "inner strength" or power within, which everyone has. You must build this power and release it in order to fly. How to control your Ki Now that you know what Ki is, lets learn how to control it. This is said to be the most difficult part of learning how to fly. It takes time and complete focus to do this and it is imperative that you train before taking these lessons, so your ki will be stronger, thus you'll fly better. Lets begin! Sit down and place your hands together. Now relax your body and focus as you try to release your ki. Not to hard physically, but mentally... your body must be fully relaxed during this step as you concentrate on your task. Gather your ki within and release it into the palms of your hands. If you do this correctly, you should see a ball of energy form. Repeat this step as many times as you can in a week until you have free control over your ki. When you are able to release it at free will, then you are ready to fly. Up, up, and away! The part you are waiting for has now come. Make sure you are in control of your Ki before trying this step. Stand feet together (preferably outside) and begin to focus your ki below you. Over time, you should begin to float in mid-air. To understand a little more on how it is possible to fly, you are simply releasing your Ki below your feet. So you are floating on your Ki! Releasing ki can really drain your energy and flying uses up a lot of ki so don't stay up there for to long. Perform this several times until you get the hang of it. Surpass your limits and fly everywhere and you will become a sufficient flyer in no time.
