I remember the wonderful moment,
When you appeared in front of me,
Like a momentous vision,
Like a genius of the true beauty.

And in the hopeless grips of sadness,
Through worries of the noisy life,
For a long time a gentle voice in my ears echoed,
And the lovely features dreamed of I.

Years went by, and the winds of life's storm
Fogged in my mind dreams of the past,
And I forgot your gentle voice, love,
And the heavenly features of your face.

In silence, in imprisoning darkness,
My days were dragging tediously,
Without a god, or inspiration,
Or love, or life, or even tears.

My soul was suddenly awakened,
And you again in front of me
Appeared like a momentous vision,
Like genius of true beauty.

My heart is beating with the pleasure,
And for my soul were again reborn
God, inspiration, tears and life,
And most of all my love.

This is once again a Russian poem which I translated myself. That's why the lyrics are so crappy. Anyway, it's original poet is Alexander Pushkin.
