This is probably the best cartoon on Nickelodeon (not that it was that hard anyways...). It's made by a man named Jhonen Vasquez who also brought you Johnny the Homicidal Maniac (but you can call him Nny), Happy Noodle Boy (Johnny's creation), and Filler Bunny (just to name a few...)
