| Info: Touga is the Student Council President and well known and loved by all (escpecially women). He proclaims to be a prince to Utena who eventually believes him, once she does he challenges her to a duel and defeats Utena. Although after Utena got out of the depression she was in because of her loss of the Rose Bride(Anthy) she challenges Touga to another duel. Touga knew what the Rose Bride could do and used that power against Utena, but Utena wins and the Rose Bride is hers again. |
