Touma lowered his head a bit and kissed Seiji's cheek. As he pulled the blonde into his arms, he settled back against the couch, pulling his lover onto his lap. Seiji couldn't help but smile as he found himself pressed against Touma's warmth. After the many weeks of dealing with school and what not, they were finally able to be together. No school work to deal with, no people to disturb them... Yes, this was what they wanted.
"This is very nice," Seiji murmured.
Touma nuzzled Seiji's neck and purred. He ran his fingers along Seiji's hairline, feeling the soft, silky hair of his love.
"What do you want to do now?" asked Touma.
The telephone rang noisily throughout the living room before Seiji could give his answer. Touma cursed under his breath about how he thought he had unplugged the phone. Seiji grinned as he removed himself from Touma's lap and went over to answer the phone. Meanwhile Touma sat up and scratched the back of his short blue hair. His blue eyes were gazing upon his handsome Korin no Seiji.
"Hello?" he said into the phone.
"Touma-san!!" a young, female voice screeched from the other line.
Seiji nearly dropped the phone in shock but he managed to keep his grip. Fixing his brows, he said, "Satsuki?"
"Ni-chan? Ni-chan! I need your help! I'm in the Shibuya district and I'm all alone!"
Seiji frowned. "I thought you were with your friends for the weekend."
"I was! I was out shopping with Michi-chan and Sakura-chan. But suddenly Michi-chan and Sakura-chan got in trouble with their parents and had to go home and left me all alone! This was the only number I could call and remember because I can't call home! Nobody is home! Mom and grandpa are with their kendo students for the weekend for some training or whatever, and dad is at the police station and won't be back until way late. I don't want to bother Yayoi-chan at the medical center..."
"But it's not your fault that this happened," Seiji explained to her calmly.
Satsuki sighed heavily. "I don't want to go home and be all alone though. Ni-chan, can I stay with you and Touma-san?"
He wanted to say no. She was fifteen years old, only two years younger than he was, and was capable of being able to find her way about Shibuya. There were plenty of sites of interest for one such as Satsuki: various restaurants, movie theaters, and department stores... Yet he couldn't just leave her alone. He was very protective of his sisters and didn't want anything bad to happen to either of them. He sighed inward and glanced over his shoulder at Touma.
The blue haired wonder was sprawled on the couch and reading a science magazine. Although he didn't appear it, Touma was eager to have Seiji all to himself. The feeling was mutual of course, but it appeared as if they would have to prolong their love making for another time.
"We'll be right over," Seiji said over the phone. He used a pad of paper and pencil to write down the directions Satsuki that gave him. Afterward reassuring her a few more times, he hung up and went over to Touma.
"All done?" Touma asked as he sat up and tossed the magazine aside, his deep blue eyes filled with joy and excitement. "Who was on the phone anyways?"
"Satsuki-chan," Seiji replied as he walked over to the front door.
Touma yelled, "Hey! Where you going?!"
"We are going to pick up Satsuki-chan."
"Huh? What?"

Satsuki hummed happily as she walked between her brother and Touma down the street. She felt very relieved and relaxed when she saw the two tall teenagers arrive after having to wait a long while. She scolded her brother and attached herself to Touma teasingly.
"So ni-chan," Satsuki said as she put her hands behind her head. Her shoulder length black hair bounced with each step she took. "What were you and Touma-san doing alone in his place?"
Seiji blushed furiously as Touma did. He lifted a fist and coughed into it. "What we do in private is not for you to know about."
"Give it up, ni-chan," the girl replied with a faint smirk. "I mean you two are lovers, aren't you? I'm not some naive little girl because I know what goes on in this world. After all, I am in my first year of high school."
Touma chuckled and patted the girl's head. "Yeah, well you're getting older. You should be able to learn more things about what really goes on."
"Touma!" Seiji snapped.
The blue haired boy waved his hands, a small sweatdrop appearing on the side of his head. "Not that, Seiji. I mean about other things."
Satsuki giggled. "Good thing mom and grandpa don't know about you two, otherwise you'd be in big trouble."
Seiji sighed. It was true. Having grown up in the Date family, he was well aware of their rules and aspects of society and life in general. His grandfather told him that if he was to date, that he better be old enough to learn how to raise a family. Then again with Yayoi teasing him about girls, it didn't help his social skills towards women any better. Yet nobody can help who they fall in love with - Seiji was no exception. He and Touma had been through so much together: the battle against the Masho and Arago, Shikaisen and the Evil Corps, Mukara and Kuroi Kikoutei, Suzunagi... He never regretted being involved. In a way it hurt all of the Samurai Troopers having to fight by the armors' wills, but at the same time this allowed his feelings for his beloved Touma to blossom.
Satsuki was something else. Seiji hadn't planned on telling his little sister about his relationship with Touma. But one day, while Touma was spending the night at his place, Satsuki had walked in on them, wanting to know where something was. Instead she caught Seiji and Touma kissing on the bed. Following that incident, the two had to convince the girl to not say anything to anyone about what she had just witnessed; of course it didn't come cheap. It was bribe after bribe was she able to "promise" that she wouldn't tell anybody of their relationship. Seiji was going to tell his family someday... Just not anytime in the near future.
Touma's parents were accepting of their happy relationship, more or less. Touma's mother was rather excited when she heard the news. She always thought Seiji was rather "cool" and "handsome."
"I bet you can take good care of Touma-kun, ne?"
Genchirou, Touma's father... well... they weren't sure what his say in their relationship was exactly.
"Oh how nice, Touma... pass me that test tube and the formula sheet, please."
They assumed he accepted their relationship... never the less...
As Satsuki walked ahead of them, Seiji reached over and clasped Touma's hand in his own. Touma beamed happily at Seiji and their eyes met. No matter what, they were never tired of staring at on another. Each other's warmth was like a breath of fresh air. It was cherished and comforted.
"You two are so lucky," Satsuki said all of a sudden.
Touma and Seiji broke their gaze from one another and stopped walking. Satsuki had stopped as well and was looking at their joined hands, her dark eyes watery. Her expressions showed that of sadness and almost... envy?
"Satsuki-chan, what's the matter?" Touma asked as he and Seiji reluctantly broke contact with one another. "Are you tired?"
Satsuki shook her head and rubbed her eyes. "You two are so lucky," she said again, this time her voice slightly trembling. "To be in love. I don't know what it's like really." She clenched her fists at her side. "I... I..."
She broke out into a run. Seiji called out to her but his voice was drowned out by the traffic in the streets. He and Touma rushed after Satsuki, making their way through the typical busy shopping crowds of Shibuya. Though Satsuki seemed rather frail in appearance, she was an incredibly fast runner. This made seeking her out rather difficult but fortunately it didn't take long to locate her. Seiji was able to spot his sister running inside the Yamate Church.
Touma and Seiji quietly entered the building and discovered Satsuki sitting alone on one of the benches just a few feet away. Her knees were drawn up to her chest and her arms were wrapped around her legs, hugging them close. Her forehead rested on top of her knees and her short black hair rested alongside her gentle face. She didn't hear Seiji or Touma come up to her from behind. Although she was startled when someone placed a hand on her shoulder, she didn't turn around.
"Tell us what's wrong," Seiji asked her, his voice gentle and soothing.
Touma walked around and took a seat beside the young girl. He turned and faced her direction, the stubborn lock of blue hair resting against the bridge of his nose.
"Ni-chan, you and Touma-san are so perfect together," Satsuki said, her voice quivering a bit. "I mean you two have been through so much and no matter what you'll always love each other. I'm so jealous. I don't think I can ever find anybody like that!"
"Why do you say that?" Seiji inquired as he drew his hand away from her shoulder. He walked around the bench and took a seat beside his sister. He leaned forward and tried to peer through her dark hair so he could see her face. He couldn't tell if she was crying or not. "Satsuki-chan?"
"I'm... I'm not that exciting!" the girl blurted out. "It's bad enough that mom says I can't date too much because 'it's not proper for a Date to be giving herself to so many people'. I mean it's not like I'm going to marry the guy I'm dating or anything!"
"You're still young, Satsuki-chan," Touma offered with a faint smile. "Someday you'll find the right person. You'll know it."
Satsuki lifted her head and rubbed her eyes. "How so?"
Seiji's pale, violet eyes met Touma's. Touma nodded and Seiji placed a comforting arm around his little sister's shoulders. "Well... You see, when you find that special someone or... soul mate you can say, you can feel it in your heart at times. There's a sort of connection that neither you or the other person can't help but take notice of. The person you like can like can enjoy many of the same things you do. You two can understand what the other is going through. You know they'll always be there you and vice versa. There's no denying the feeling of love."
"But..." Satsuki lowered her head and murmured, "I haven't found that person yet..."
"You will someday!" Touma said cheerfully. "Like I said, you're still young, Satsuki-chan. You only in your first year of high school."
Seiji took a moment to flip his blonde hair away from his right eye, only to have it settle back in place. It was just a habit of his, even though this caused many (females) to turn and look at him. He said to Satsuki, "There is more to life than just love."
"Oh, easy for you to say considering you already have a lover!" Satsuki snapped and stuck her little pink tongue out at Seiji. Seiji sweatdropped while she turned to Touma with hopeful looking eyes. "Touma-san, do you really mean it when you say I'll find someone someday?"
The Samurai Trooper of Firmament winked. "You better believe it!"
She laughed happily as she threw her arms around Touma and hugged him. "Thank you so much, Touma-san!" She turned to Seiji and hugged him tight. "You too, ni-chan. Thanks a lot for cheering me up!"
She stood up and smoothed out her outfit and her hair. "I'm sorry for running away like that. I was... I've been thinking about love for a while now. I guess I was so jealous of ni-chan having somebody to love. Yayoi-chan has someone too and I guess I didn't want to be left alone. Someday I will find somebody! In the meantime, let's go get some ice cream!"
Touma and Seiji rose to their feet and nodded in agreement. Seiji smiled as his sister ran behind him and jumped onto his back, hugging him. He laughed as he made sure she wrapped her arms around his neck. It was cute how she could act like such a little kid at times. He gave her a piggyback ride out of the church with Touma walking beside them and laughing.

"You're a good brother, Seiji," Touma whispered as he enfolded his arms around his lover's heavenly body. The two of them laid in bed together, the heat of their skin pressing against one another. The only source of light came from the window: the moonlight danced across the sky and through the window, bathing Seiji and Touma in a lunar glow.
"I love my sisters," Seiji said as he buried his face into Touma's blue hair. "I'd do anything for them."
Touma smiled. "I was surprised at what you told Satsuki-chan earlier."
"What do you mean?"
"Well, I mean about finding that special person. Here you are, a person who has complications with close relationships - even though you're with me - and you managed to help Satsuki-chan out. I'm proud of you."
Seiji lifted his face from Touma's hair and looked into the amazing pair of azure eyes. "I want her to be happy... just like we are."
"Just like... us..."
Touma lifted his hand and touched Seiji's smooth, soft, kissable lips with his fingertips. Leaning forward, he kissed those lips and wrapped his arms around Seiji's neck. Seiji leaned into the kiss and slid his arms around Touma's well-toned hips, pulling him as close as possible. After a few moments, Seiji broke the kiss and cupped Touma's face with his hands, never breaking their contact with one another.
"You're my best friend, my lover, and I love you so much," Seiji whispered softly.
"You're more precious to me than anything in this world," Touma said dreamily. "Don't let me go, please. Hold me, love me... Seiji, I love you."
No other words were needed as the two star-crossed lovers embraced one another and showered each other with their affections.

Dear Diary,
I have to admit ni-chan is pretty cool at times. He and Touma-san really did cheer me today. I couldn't believe I was so upset over something silly as love. Ah, but you know what? Love isn't just silly. Love is a wonderful feeling! I bet that's what my brother feels when he's with Touma-san, just absolutely wonderful. It must be nice to have someone you love and for them to love you back in the same manner. I'm glad Touma-san is ni-chan's lover. He can get ni-chan to lighten up and even at times get him to stop from going overboard on the formal language! I'm just wondering how my family will accept ni-chan's koibito. Dad and grandma might accept it but mom, grandpa, and Yayoi-chan are something else. Oh well! They'll have to accept it... I mean they want ni-chan to be happy!
After we left the church, ni-chan treated us all to ice cream and later we went to the Chikyuza Movie Theater to catch a flick. We sat in the back row and you will not believe this! I was sitting there, crying my eyes out at this one romantic scene and when I turn to see what my brother was doing, I find him and Touma-san sneaking in quick kisses! Agh! I mean talk about overplaying their love in a public place! Then again, I'd probably be doing the same thing with my boyfriend, ha!
When we left the theaters, Touma-san was so kind to let me stay with him and ni-chan for the night. I haven't been to Touma-san's often; I'd only go there to see if ni-chan was around. Right now it's almost midnight and I can hear ni-chan and Touma-san in Touma-san's bedroom laughing softly and enjoying each other's presence. I really do think that they are cute together...
But don't tell anybody I said this ^_-
I think I'm gonna get some sleep now. Touma-san is letting me use his couch that folds out and becomes a bed. I'm all comfortable in the blankets and pillows - it's so cozy! Well talk to you tomorrow!
Ja ne!
Date Satsuki
