Fibrizo is the strongest among the 5 Leaders of Darkness of Shabranigudo. Known as the "Mei-ou" (Underworld King), Hell Master Fibrizo uses a form of a child because it can be deceiving and it reflects his true nature... that he can really act like a kid sometimes... Fibrizo's features can be deceiving when you don't know who he is: sweet and lovable. He is also smart, thinking before he attacks. He is also quite polite, never failing to attach a "miss" or "mister" to a name. When he couldn't get what he wants, he goes ballistic (just like in the last episode).
Fibrizo's first appearance was on Episode#20 of Slayers Next. He appears as a little boy who planned to steal money from Lina and his reason is that, he wants to get out of the empty village. He told them that he knew the way to Dragons' Peak, so Lina and the others had to ask directions from him in exchange for money. When they had gone off, Martina arrived and she and Fibrizo followed Lina. Unaware that the kid they're with is the Hell Master, Fibrizo still continued his act. The cat's out of the bag when he was the one who ruined Garv. Things got worse when he revealed his plans to Lina: to get her to cast the Giga Slave to destroy everything. When she does so on Episode #24, the Lord of Nightmare was summoned with the spell and she was the one who ruined her own son.
As the Hell Master and the strongest (he can be considered as the most superior among Xelas, Graushaila, Dolphin and Garv), he is a smart character who knew what Garv was up to. His General and Priest were killed during the War between Ceified the Flare Dragon and Ruby Eye Shabranigudo. Because of this, he borrowed Xelloss from his younger sister, Xelas for a while because he knew that Xelloss would be of a big help to him in leading Lina to his trap.
Fibrizo may still has a soul of a child. He has these marbles which he represents as people and if he crushes it, the certain person would die. He may appear or act playful. Laguna Blast, an offensive spell, requires the summoning of power from him. Since he is already ruined, the spell cannot be cast anymore.
