I guess i could consider myself a "knight", but i'm not as ignorant as those. (see character link: knights) I created this site for those who don't completely understand lain, but still love it for what it is anyway! I am the ruler of The Knights, the information giver, the lain. WHEE! (sometimes i hack into things by accident(or is it when I'm not looking?), it's so funny! nothing too illegal though. lol)
You could say that i'm more like an entity of lain. That's who I would be in that kind of world, another "self" belonging to lain, who changes constantly. An individual, one of many, but unique. The only one who really can understand lain, is lain, or perhaps her creator. Not even. All these explanations of mine, are really just an opinion, and a higher grasped affinity with all that is lain. I feel that the more I understand lain, the closer i might come to understanding something that may be even more complicated: myself. I guess you have to know me to be confused by me(if you aren't already).
I'm supposed to be a pretty complicated person, according to others. (My theme song, as some friends in the past put it, would be the fragile by NIN) I'm a junior this September, so this is one heck of a busy year coming up. I'm glad I'm starting this web-site in the summer, that way, i'll get it done before the work-load. I enjoy school for the people there, my friends that i've known for the last year. We have an Anime Society in our school, just for us! Last year was great!
I play violin, and am an artist in more elements than one. (painting, sketching(i'm a copy machine), folding miniscule origami that scares people(you know they do), and all basic arts and crafts, i don't really do clay though. Guitar is fun.) Meditation is useful too, keeps my extreme connection to the world in control. hmmm…..i used to have a cat, and am part of a majority, a child of divorced parents. Which after the last 4-5 years still causes me much frustration.
My favorite anime include: serial experiments lain(ya think?), perfect blue, angel sanctuary, X/1999, akira….ummm, princess mononke, slayers, evangelion, fushigi yugi, revolutionary girl utena, greenwood, gundam wing, cardcaptors, 3 x 3 eyes…..and it goes on….Actually, almost every anime i've seen has been satisfying. (notice DBZ(yes i have seen some, isn't it silly?) isn't there, neither is tenchi(barely been able to catch two episodes), i don't have cartoon network!) heehee. I can't choose favorites, but lain really needed explaining, and it is my fave over all the others! ^^*
Fads are definetly the lowest on my list of things to care about. I listen to music i enjoy, it has to be deep or it gets annoying. (it also helps me ignore the over-acumulation of noise in and outside my head)I wear clothes i'm comfortable in. As a unitarian universalist, i definetly don't consider myself normal. Normal people scare me. hmmm . . . i'm into a lot of that new age stuff, but only because i've had too many (layer 01)wierd experiences that needed explaining. kame hame ah! ; )
lol, i was just thinking, this site is mostly for my friends, who….unfortunately (and obviously), don't really get lain, but are responsible for the obsession in the first place. (thanx!) Well, i'll try to do this the best i can. May be it'll help, may be not. ENJOY!
