In Loving Memory of Kelly Merimaur's Gold Mist Kelly April 4th 1997 to January 16th 2009 dx-ed Lymphosarcoma Loved and so sadly missed by Joyce, Jaye and Shannon Mills 
"Today the light went out of our Golden angel's eyes and she gave us the look that said she needed to be released. We did everything humanly possible to help her get well again, but it was not to be. She had Lymphoma Cancer around her liver and pancreas. It was so hard to let her go. She was the light of our lives, a true heart dog. I think that Jaye, Shannon and I cried more for her than when our parents died. She gave such pure, unconditional love every minute of her life. She was such a sweet, gentle soul that anyone who met her, loved her. Kelly was the leader of the pack, who brought up two Bernese Mountain Dogs to be Golden Berners. She was never once apart from us for 11 years, 9 months and 12 days. This is one of the saddest days of my life. I miss her so much, but I would never have missed the journey. Thanks for you kind thoughts and prayers for our angel girl, Kelly. They helped guide her to heaven. She took part of our heart and soul with her. On the final trip to the Vet, we looked up and saw a small rainbow in the sky. To be sure, Bentley was waiting for Kelly at the gate to the Rainbow Bridge, guiding her through. Their reunion will be joyous, as she once again can romp and cuddle with our Berner angel boy, Bentley, who left us just six short weeks ago. They were such a pair, often lying next to each other with their paws crossing each others. Kelly love, there was never enough time for our hearts to say good-bye."
