Celebrating our Berner Veterans
Hobbes Best Bet's Hobbes of 12th Avenue Born January 30th 2003 Proudly owned and so much loved by Walter Cohen and family 
Hobbes is our companion. That said, in May his "breeder Mom" asked us if she could show him in the veteran class at the Lake County Kennel Club (in Vallejo, California). Hobbes has never, ever been a show dog.....and we said, shoot why not. He won best in show veteran. The girl in the photo is in training to be a handler....and she did a beautiful job keeping Hobbes focused (until he saw us in the crowd and then he tried real hard to come to us).
