Celebrating our Berner Veterans
In Loving Memory of Azure Pegasus Azure Long-Time-Commin UKC Champion, UKC CD, AKC CD, AKC Rally Excellent, CGC September 26th 1999 to January 21st 2011 Owned and loved and now so very sadly missed by Bonnie Conrad "It is with a very broken heart I must tell every one that I released Azure's spirit from his failing body today. Azure was my first Berner. He was a gentle boy. I called him my pretty boy or my special boy. And he was. He stopped eating, and it was discovered that he had a large tumor in his stomach. We said good bye so he would be pain free and running with my Logan." 
"Azure was my first Berner and showed me what a Berner was all about. He came from Helen Thornton, Athens, Texas. He was a quiet, calm puppy. He was a challenge to train, as he did not do food, toys, and was just o.k. with praise. But, he earned his CD at 18 months of age. He was retired due to joint problems."
