Celebrating our Berner Veterans
In Loving Memory of Sage De-Li's Continuing Saga CDX, RAE, AX, OAJ, AXP, AJP, NFP September 8th 1999 to August 7th 2012 Owned and loved by Joan Meyers Owned and bred by Lilian Ostermiller 
Rest in peace, my beautiful Berner girl Sage. Sage was put to rest yesterday afternoon after suffering a spontaneous fracture to her right humerus due to suspected osteosarcoma. She was trotting happily back to me in the yard when she crumpled under her own weight. She was a month and a day shy of 13. Sage lived a long and wonderful life and brought me joy every day with her lovely Berner smile and wagging tail. I miss this sweet girl more than I can imagine.
