White Wolf's Rage
Rarity: Cards followed the basics of Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Ultra Rare. Rage was the first CCG to come out with foil border cards. Amazon had gold foil, while the rest of the sets had silver. Unlimited and Promos lacked the Upper Deck hologram seal.
Set Differences: Easy, see images below.
Cards that are often not listed: Uncle Freddy with Sept backing (Wyrm), White Howler in a Snowstorm (White Blank card that appears in Limited/Unlimited, Rare to get)
Info on Mythic sets: See Project Twilight.

War of the Amazon (1996)
Complete Set: 140 cards
Cards introduced: Mokole character cards and Battlefields.
Note: Not alot of comic shops decided to buy this set. It also wasn’t on the shelves for long either as soon as Legacy of the Tribes came into the picture. Thus if any cards, boosters, or booster boxes show up anywhere expect to PAY ALOT just to get some. A great example was on Ebay one time: An Amazon Booster box went up to $90.00 by bidding alone. To save some pain, buy singles or trade with someone who has alot of Amazon cards. However, it's not a big set so getting almost all the cards is easy. I was lucky enough to get a foil from my first few packs that I bought when it was still in stores.
Legacy of the Tribes (1996)
Complete Set: 215 cards
Cards introduced: Territories and The Silver Pack (foils)

FRPG's Rage Across Las Vegas
Rarity: FREG's game had two types of common cards in Phase 1 thru Phase 6. C2 were more common and C1 were more like uncommon cards. Fixed cards were cards that only showed up in the Decks, and Decks were not random like WW's was. So buying the same Deck, like Red Talons or such, for $10 was a waste of money. In Equinox: U1, U2, R1, and R2 cards showed up. They were the same as C1 and C2 cards. U2 and R2 were the more common cards of the bunch in Uncommon and Rare cards. While C1, U1, and R1 were rarer to get. Foils were cards that had multicolor layout bars around them that shone in the light, personally I like WW's foils better then these ones. Promos have the same multicolor as foils do.
Set Differences: Layout Design is totally different from old Rage, I didn't like that they got rid of the Glyphs in favor of the crap you will see on the cards right now. It's easy to get some cards confused since there is hardly anyway to tell them apart. However, each phase has a different Tribe facing off the other. So Combat, Gift, and Character cards should be easy to figure out in which set they go into. Also remember which booster you opened (see images below). Other than that, you'll need to remember the card lists for the Phases or print them out from some website.
Cards that are often not listed: Ditch Fight (Phase 4), War Paint (Phase 4), and Griff Murphy (Phase 6, Lupus double sided card). Both Ditch Fight and War Paint change in the Decks in Phase 4, and do not belong in Phase 1 anymore. Some of the Griff Murphy cards have the same Lupus art on front and back of the card.

Vegas Edition (Never published)
Complete Set: ?
Cards introduced: ?
New rules and a new game for beginners and fans. The Rolling Thunder system that was seen in all the Phases, is now no more. So that means that a good number of cards were going to be reprinted with a nice number of new cards thrown in. Rare cards were also redeemable for teeth. Sadly FREG never came out with the new game. I was hoping it would be better than what they had in the RALV Phases. If there are any images or more info on the Vegas Edition, please e-mail me about it.
Rumble at the Ragnarok (Never published)
Complete Set: ?

FREG was going to make this as an attempt to teach more people how to play. Basically the set would have really fat booster and probably no starter decks (like Arcadia). The booster includes the following in it: Two Garou, few Sept cards, and a Combat deck. The whole purpose of RatR was to get people into the RALV Combat mechanic. Sadly like the Vegas Edition it never showed up. E-mail me if you know more about it or have any images.
Rage Across Dreamlands (Never published)
Complete Set: ?
Cards introduced: New Faction which includes 13 Garou to face off the Storm Eater (FREG hinted that the leader is from the Phase sets.), Caerns, and a bizarre card that lets you copy/clone your Metis character cards.
Do NOT get me started on Dreamlands once somebody who had close contact to FREG told me about it. While the addition of Aliens and rayguns sounded odd (Because of Area 51), the whole Metis thing is a disaster just waiting to happen. You can have copies of any Metis in your party, so you can add in some unbalanced heavy hitters and crush your friends in a instant. Doesn't sound much fun playing against someone with two Zin-Shaars, right? So far I have heard that it was canned because White Wolf didn't like it, but I think it has to do more with Vegas Edition and Rumble at the Ragnarok not coming out. FREG hung themselves so to speak. Any info or images is of great interest to me. E-mail me about it.
