Sms Brooch
When Serena couldn't transform into Sailor Moon anymore, Darien and her created a new brooch for her to trasform.

Moon Rod
Along with her brooch, Darien and Serena created the Moon rod to destroy their new enemies.

Chibi's brooch
Rini would use this brooch to transform into Sailor Chibi-Moon/ Sailor Mini-Moon. She is in training to become the new Sailor Moon of the future. (Neo-Sailor Moon)

Rini's Rod
Even though it's not powerful, you can say its been helpful when they fought (I guess). It's funny though, because you never know when it will work, and when it does, it just annoys the enemy.

Holy Grail
In the Sailor Moon S season this was what everyone was after. This is a very powerful device, but in the end Mistress Nine destroys it.

Sm Super S rod
When she used the Holy Grail, Sailor Moon would attack the enemy with this rod. As you can see the Holy Grail is behind her.
Sailor Moon and Chibi's Super S brooch
When they transform, they do it together, it's so cute! Helios gave them this brooch.

Sailor Moon's Super S kaleidescope
Helios gave her this to fight the new enemies, it is used in the Super S series (I'm not sure if that's its real name)

Chibi's bell thing ^_^
I definitely don't know the name of this gadget. But Chibi/Rini uses it to call Helios (the unicorn), so he can give Sailor Moon the new rod to fight the enemy.

Mercury's Crystal
The crystal helped Amy turn to Super Sailor Mercury. She would say Mercury Crystal Power!

Mar's Crystal
When her Mars pen wouldn't work anymore, her crystal took it's place.

Jupiter's Crystal
This crystal was a power up for all of them. It gave them new powers and attacks

Venus' Crystal
Like the rest of the sailors, Mina had her own crystal. It gave her new powers and attacks, like Venus Love & Beauty Shock! (my favorite!!^_^)

Eternal Sailor Moon Brooch
This was her last brooch on the whole Sailor Moon show. She becomes Eternal Sailor Moon.

Eternal Sailor Moon Staff
Along with her brooch, Eternal Sailor Moon received a staff to fight the enemies.

Star Seed
In the Sailor Stars series, the enemies were after the star seeds of each planet. They did everything to get them (i.e. kill the holders of it, the sailors.)
