“Wow…you live HERE?” I said with amazement. He must be a servant for the king or something…

“Yes, I do. It's not like I'm a servant here or something. I rule this country. It's called Fanelia. I had a task to do out there in the woods, so that's how I met you.”

“What kind of task?” I asked. It must have been something interesting.

“Nothing big. I just had to slay a dragon for the right to become king.”

“You're a king?”

“No, not yet. I will be soon though. I just got the right to be King. I'm not one yet.”

“Hell if I know… where do I sleep?”

"Down the hall. 37th door to your left. I hope you can find it. I'd help you out but I have to go now. Training. You know, just in case you want to live."

"OH. Ok, fine. Leave me. I don't care! I'll just go, wondering if I should go in any other room, and I will because your not here to tell me not to."

"Ok. Enjoy!" Van walks off as I am standing there. A bit confused.

"Alright, 36th door on the right. Here it is...OH MY GOD I'M SO SORRY" I run to the actual room I'm supposed to be in.

"Well, that was embarrassing. People should lock doors around here."

I wonder what Amano is doing at home right now...

"I bet Amano is really worried about me. I bet he is killing himself for me because he misses me so much! Or maybe He and Yukari are getting together because of what happened and things could go wrong fast when two people are upset and together. I have to find a way home NOW if I want Amano for myself!"

Suddenly I see a weird figure pop up in front of me!

"AHH!!! WHO ARE YOU!?"

Its a strange cat girl...she licks her paw as she gives me a quick and evil glance.

"You touch Van, you die, you hear me?"

The cat girl pounces on me and jumps for my bag.

"Ooh! Whats this." She's holding up my pendent. "Ooh! Looks pretty. I think I'll keep it!"

"Hey! Give it back! You can't go through other peoples things like that! Stop you cat girl!" As I am running to catch her, I see Van. I stop and all other persuits seem meaningless. He must be in training or something, but whose that other guy. He's big!

"Meh" I set off again to get my pendent back.

I finally catch up to that pesky cat and as I jump on her, Van sneaks up behind me and holds me back before I have the chance. Nuts

"Oh, come on, let me go! I want my stuff back!" When I think about it, I shound like a 2 year old.

"Merle, what did I say about doing this? Give her junk back."

Now I'm pissed. "Junk?! What are you calling junk! This is a magical pendent and you better not upset me or I'll-"

"Or you'll what?" Van says, I can't respond to that, I can't exactly do anything. I just sigh and walk away, back to my room with my pendent clutched with my left hand.

I wish I was back home with my mom and Amano. I bet he and Yuakri are having a great time without me. I can't think of stuff like that now, though. I have to think in the present, where I am now. This sucks.
