I've seperated the different links into categories. Although the sites may have more than the general category, for example a store can have a news section that is not dedicated to their products. I will add more as time passes. If someone asks me to put up a link and they give me a description I will put (nmd) by it to show it was not created by me.

FanFiction.net Probably the biggest database of all types of fan fiction.

Anime Matrix 2010 Contains all sorts of anime including evangelion and many other popular ones! Also there are a few extra on my site! (nmd)
Anime on DVD- Reviews, release dates, and etc. with anime on DVD
NG Evacorp- A very good site that has come back
