Bandai Entertainment has announced the May release of a pair of new domestic version anime soundtrack CDs. The Wolf's Rain OST will be released on May 11th and contain all 21 tracks from the Japanese version CD. The Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex OST will contain the 16 tracks from the original first issue Japanese version CD, but will not contain the two bonus tracks from the reissued, current Japanese version soundtrack.

The Cartoon Network has announced a pair of major programming revisions scheduled to go into effect on April 17th. The present weekday afternoon Toonami programing will be replaced with a "Miguzi Block" that will air Teen Titans, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Totally Spies, and Code LYOKO. The displaced Toonami block will air on Saturdays from 7 to midnight and target teen and young adult audiences with series including Gundam Seed, Rave Master, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, Yu Yu Hakusho, Transformers: Energon, Rurouni Kenshin, Justice League, and Megas XLR. Geez, Toonami needs to get some consistency in their schedule.
Madhouse has officially announced that its anime TV series adaptation of the popular Tenjoh Tenge (known by fans as "TenTen") manga will premier on Japanese television this April. The anime will be directed by Toshifumi Kawase, whose previous directing credits include children's anime series Bakuten Shoot Beyblade and Dragon Drive.

The Asahi Newspaper has reported the intriguing news that Warner Brothers has acquired American distribution rights to the new Yu-Gi-Oh movie. (Apparently there is a new, second Yu-Gi-Oh film in the works as the article claims that international distribution rights were acquired while the film was in production.) Oddly, the article states that the Yu-Gi-Oh movie will be released in America and Europe this August, but there are no plans for a Japanese release.
