Brain Jelly



How To

First, take a nice portion of a medium sized brain (preferrably human). A large brain will do, but not a small brain if you wish to use just the cerebrum. I find that people tend to enjoy the cerebrum better than the cerebellum. Measure out about 2 cups. Place in a blender along with 1 cup of the apple cider vinegar. After they are completely blended (you don't want any large pieces of brain in your jelly) pour into a large heavy saucepan. Rinse the blender with the half-cup of vinegar out and add to the pan. Stir in sugar and over a medium-high heat; bring to a rolling boil that you can't stir down. After 5 minutes, when the brain is fully cooked remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Skim off the film, stir in Cetro, and the coloring immediately. Let cool to room temperature and refrigerate. Later enjoy your jelly (eat at your own risk)!
