Kou Taiki, Sailor Star Maker. In some time lines, she is a girl cross-dressing as a boy, while in others she is a boy who transforms into a girl. For the course of this entry, Taiki will be referred to as 'she'. Taiki is one of the three guardians of Princess Kakyuu who comes to Earth in search of her and forms a group called 'The Three Lights', which is popular with teenage girls. Taiki plays keyboard and guitar, and also serves as background vocals.

Taiki is both serious and distant, but also kind. She has been known to visit sick children in the hospital. Her hobbies include poetry and literature. Like Ami, she is an all-around good student and seems to dislike arguing of any sort.

Star Maker's powers as a senshi include the following:
