In some timelines, she is considered to be the cousin of one Kaioh Michiru (Sailor Neptune), though that is not in fact the case. The two are, in fact, a couple, though how close they were during the Silver Millenium is debatable.
Haruka's hobbies include race-car driving (she's famous for it), fast cars and motorcycles, flirting, and martial arts.
During the Silver Millenium, Uranus (along with Neptune and Pluto) guarded the solar system from invaders. She was reborn into the present with the others, though I must note here that she was not part of the princess's original court.
Uranus is able to use the wind to detect various things, and sometimes can see into the future through dreams. Her other powers as a senshi include the following:
World Shaking-An attack in which she gathers energy from the skies and sends it hurtling towards her enemies
Space Sword (Blaster)/Space Sword Chaos Wind-An attack with her talisman, which can be used as a weapon.
Space Turbulence
Uranus is the senshi of wind and sky. Some have also called her the senshi of space, but that is, perhaps, debatable. One could say that her true loves are Michiru, her princess, and cars. It is noted that Uranus is not afraid to sacrifice for the greater good, though sometimes she tries to sacrifice needlessly. I must note here, however, that she is an admirable character nonetheless.
