This section would contain my opinions on other couples in CCS. A word of warning though: I don't like all the couples in CCS so we might have a few disagreements along the way. If you can't handle hearing other people's opinions, please leave now and amuse yourself in the other parts of the shrine. But if you can take viewpoints other than your own, please continue. ^_^X After all, nothing can spice up one's life than differing opinions! ^_^X Now on with it!!!! Canon Couples: Sakura x Syaoran - If you still don't know how I feel about SxS then I'll have to say you're quite stupid. No offense meant but isn't it obvious that I love SxS together? ^_^X I adore them so much that they are my favorite anime couple after Kenshin and Kaoru (Rurouni Kenshin). ^_^X I really think that they are perfect for each other. Touya x Yukito - I'm gonna proceed here with caution. Before I tell you what I think about TxY, I wanna say first that I don't have anything against yaoi. Granted that I prefer straight couples, I don't really despise it. In fact, I'm a supporter of a few yaoi couples myself like Kurama x Hiei (Yuyu Hakusho), Nuriko x Hotohori (Fushigi Yuugi), and Shinji x Kaworu (Neon Genesis Evangelion). But Touya and Yukito... I don't quite like the idea of them together. Why? Because I don't feel right about them. Like with yuri, I like yaoi that feels right. Somehow, TxY doesn't feel right to me. Okay, it's blatantly obvious in the series that they care for each other that way but I still prefer them to hook up with girls. Call me naive but despite the signals, I'd still like to think that they're just the best of friends. On Touya's part, in my opinion, he thinks that he finally found that person who could understand him, his soulmate. As for Yukito, I'd like to think that his love for Touya is brought about by gratitude for saving him. I prefer to think that their feelings are purely platonic, and not at all sexual in nature. Besides, I like Touya and Kaho much better. But then again, these are only my opinions and preferences. You're free to form your own. ^_^X PLEASE DON"T FLAME ME!!! BUT EVEN IF YOU DO, I"M FLAME-PROOF!!! ^_^X Touya x Kaho - To be honest, I like the two of them together. They somehow look right to me and I think they really understood each other. For me, they had a beautifully sweet relationship but Kaho had to spoil it by leaving for England. Well, I guess that all good things must come to an end... :-( It was sad because I felt that they really loved each other. And what happened to them when they saw each other again? Touya became gay/bisexual and Kaho became a child molester. ^_^X They should have stayed with each other and prevented the unnecessary heartbreak. Fujitaka x Nadasheiko - The only thing that I can say is that they were perfect for each other! The love they shared... it was really beautiful! But then, Nadasheiko is dead. And the dead, no matter what happens, will never come back to life again. So I hope that Fujitaka would learn to let go and go on with his life. And anyway, Nadesheiko, being the sweet girl that she is, wouldn't want him to forever pine for her. ^_^X Chiharu x Yamazaki - They are one of the cutest couples in all of anime and I was disappointed that they weren't given enough attention. I know, Chiharu seemed to be fond of strangling Yamazaki but it's all bluster. Underneath all those fibbing and show of 'violence', I'm sure they care for each other. Terada-sensei x Rika - Call me weird but I really like the idea of Rika getting together with Terada-sensei. ^_^X Not when Rika is still in 4th grade, but when she's older (like in late high school or in college). I like the idea of Terada waiting for Rika to become a woman, and watching her as she grows up. Isn't that romantic? And besides, being with an older guy is so cool! ^_^X Eriol x Kaho - Terada and Rika as a couple is okay but Kaho and Eriol as a couple is not! Eeeeew! The mere idea of the two of them together makes me shudder. The age difference between them is disgusting, and it doesn't make a spit of difference to me even if Eriol has memories of a 28-year old man. The fact remains that he has the body of a ten-year-old, and Kaho should have known better than to pursue him. Geez, she's old enough to be his mother! If CLAMP thinks that they can pull another Umi-Clef (Rayearth) pairing, they are sadly mistaken. Umi and Clef are cute together: Kaho and Eriol, I'm sorry to say, is plain disgusting. Can you imagine the two of them getting in bed together? Eeew! Not a pretty picture. Alternative / Possible Couples: Eriol x Tomoyo - Honestly, next to Sakura x Syaoran, they are my next favorite CCS couple. I felt that they could have been good for each other, if not for the existence of Kaho (grrrrrr), and Tomoyo's 'love' for Sakura. For one thing, they look cute together, and they both look after Sakura. They have things in common like they're both very perceptive. It's really too bad Kaho is there (hmp!). Nakuru x Touya - This one cracks me up, especially when Touya tries to be serious with Yuki, and Nakuru suddenly pops up and ruins the moment. ^_^X Honestly, I think that they rock but I don't think it could work. Although Nakuru has the power of the moon, Touya's just not drawn to him the way he is to Yuki or Kaho. In other words, Touya's not interested. ^_^X Sorry, Nakuru! Fujitaka x Sonomi - There's chemistry between them and it's possible that they could get together. Sonomi, underneath all the ranting and raving, feels something for Fujitaka. I think she might even be secretly jealous of Nadasheiko because Fujitaka married her. ^_~X. As for Fujitaka, a man like him has an infinite capacity to love. So I believe that he could learn to love Sonomi, IF EVER he gets over Nadsheiko. Is that possible? ^_^X Touya x Mirror Card - Honestly, I would have loved these two to end up together because it's obvious that the Mirror Card cares a great deal for Touya. As for Touya, he also feels some sort of affection for the Mirror card so I guess it's not entirely impossible for him to fall in love with her. Also, the Mirror card, like Kaho and Yukito, looks after Sakura in her own way, which was definitely a plus, seeing Touya's big brother complex. Overall, they would make a good couple... too bad the Mirror card is just... a card!
