Comparing these to the 'Cardcaptors' chants, I have to say that I definatly prefer the CCS incantations. These chants below are the japanese version - they sound very different to the US dub.


"Key of the Seal. There is someone wishing for a contract with you. A girl. Her name is Sakura. Oh Key, grant her the power! Release!"
- Kero, turning Sakura into a Cardcaptor

"Key which hides the powers of the dark! I, Sakura, command you under our contract! Release!"
- Sakura, turning her key into the sealing wand.

"Return to the guise you were meant to be in! Clow Card!"
- Sakura, capturing a Clow Card

"Imperial King of Gods, thy divinity watches over all four corners. Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth, Thunder, Wind, Lightning. Whirling blade of lightning, answer my call!"
- Syaoran, using the lasin board in episode 8 to see if Sakura had the Clow Cards.

"Key with the power of my Star! Show your true form before me! I, Sakura, command you as your master! Release!"
- Sakura, releasing the Star Wand from the Star Key
