Tuskino Usagi is a caring, loving and sometimes ditzy young girl that can transform into Sailor Moon. In the Silver Milliennum she was Princess Serenity of the Moon Kingdom. Her parent there was the beautiful Queen Serenity and absolutly nothing is said about her having a father. Back then she was very elegant, kind and a curious young lady.  Now on Earth, she's a kind, ditzy, lazy, and a crybaby. Although, she is still a very good friend. She would do anything to just save here friends from trouble. Even give the Ginzuishou(sp?) in other words the Silver Crystal up to the enemy to save her friends which isn't eactlly a good thing all the time. She can be a great heroine at times but like some other anime characters she can get too trusting in others. Some say that Sailor Moon is the most powerful senshi but I'm not so sure about that. Sure the Ginzuishou has the power to destory the world and even renew it (like Crystal Tokyo) but that's even similar to Sailor Saturn's powers. In 30th century Crystal Tokyo, she becomes Neo Queen Serenity. She rules Crystal Tokyo with King Endymion(Mamouru) and have a daughter called Tuskino Usagi but she is mostly called Chibi Usa by her parents.

I know that many people hate Usagi because they just think she is a stupid crybaby but she grows up through the whole series. If some of those Usagi haters would just pay attention and actually watch the entire BSSM series they would really notice. And I don't mean watching the entire series of the dub version. Definitely a big no-no! Usagi in the dub has been made twice as stupid as she really is suppose to be! Don't forget the manga! The manga Usagi is a crybaby and slow in school but has tons of common sense then from japanese and english versions of BSSM. She's not really that dumb in the manga in fact I think that she is best portrayed in the manga. These are Sailor Moon's attacks and phrases:
