A/N: This one is dedicated to Ash the Wanderer! You were an awesome fan-author, and positively hilarious in your work. If you guys want to read something good, go check out his stuff. ^^; Mine will not satiate your literary needs. Ash, you may not be updating anymore, and you may not be in this story, but the mansion is still waiting for you. After all, who could possibly fill in your place in the Horror section.
And since I didn't say it before, Datura has been looking at all of my stuff, so if it displays any taste it's due to her. I find myself always trying to improve my writing just to keep up with her. ^^; She's awesome.
Plus, since LadyRivka was my first review...she gets a...Kibito plushie with a Chibi KaioShin plushie!! WAAIII!! Thanks for reviewing my stuff. It's no where near yours, but I'm glad to have at least made you smile!
Oh yeah, maybe I should warn you kiddies, if you don't like shounen-ai...do not read this. From here on out I plan to make it pretty clear on what I think Kibito feels for Shin. Besides...if anyone remembers some of the past review names on the KaioShin stories, you'll see why I did this! ^_~
One more thing, thank-you LadyRivka for your works, since they helped me see things through Kibito's eyes and understand him a little more. *And* she's willing to brave my story and join us! So LadyRivka also gets a cabbit! (-_-; Sorry...my blue plot bunny met that evil hell-spawn cabbit I ended up with, and instead of killing the cabbit, the stupid rabbit fell in love, and now I have tons of baby cabbits!) Take one, please! ::shoves the fluffy white face in LadyRivka's, it's big blue eyes blinking:: It's so cute!! You know you want one! Also the name for the mystery girl, is mystery girl in Japanese (Fushigina joshi) and thanks to LadyRivka for giving me the information. ^^;
WAIIIII!! Kioku reviewed too! Oh, thank-you! ::little cat-girl chibi jumps up and down:: Okay, since you reviewed too, and you're willing to join in the madness, you get a Jim/Hanmyo plushie set! And since you reviewed I'm gonna give you this really cute, limited edition Singing Shin plushie! Now, I wanted to put you in this chapter, but I thought it would be better if I put you in the next chapter with Dabura and Datura.
Also reviewing, we have Kimi the Kenlei (Love your name! Reminds me of Ken/Yolei from Digimon. O.O Eep...and would Kimi be Koushiro/Mimi?) so she gets a limited edition Singing Shin plushie.
Thanks for reviewing, LadyKreliana! You get a choice between a cabbit or a Shin plsuhie! ^^;
WAAIII!! And Datura reviewed as well, so she also gets a limited edition Singing Shin plushie! You want one too? Well, review! ^^; Okay, I'm letting these reviews go to my head....
And for Lyonette's review, we have a Chibi Dende and Chibi Shin plushie set! Next time you hit me with a fish you're getting a cabbit! >^-^< Thanks for the food, by the way! Purrururrrr!! Lyonette's also gonna join the group, as a fish seller! Hey, how else was I going to get a decent meal in this fic?! And for joining in, Lyonette gets a giant Piccolo-sama plushie! This Piccolo-sama can be hugged, unlike the real one. -_-; He'd kill us fan-girls so fast....
Kyesha, thanks for reviewing! You get a limited edition Singing Shin plushie. (And you get your questions semi-explained in a little while. I love questions, guys!)
And as for "Karebear," if I'm such a bad writer, than how come your panties are in such a twist? You were warned not to read this if you can't take a joke. And thanks to your antics, my story is going to come out faster now. Thank-you for adding fuel to fire. ^.~ I so appreciate that, and I'm sure everyone else does to. Go on, everyone, thank her! (I now see your apology, but this will stay here as it's all meant for fun, and you are the reason I'm posting today.)
::applauds:: Now, let's sing, and have some coffee!
Kyesha, and since you asked, and we now have our drinks, let's sit down and answer Kyesha's question. (yes guys, I do answer questions, and encourage you to ask whatever you want. That doesn't mean I'll answer every question, but I will respond.) Slayers is a fantasy type anime that mixes magic and sword fights. The lead character, Lina Inverse, is an explosive red-head that quickly became my favorite female anime character of all time. The show also has tons of humor, which I adore, and it quickly became one of my favorites. As far as I know, it was also done in Europe, but not too many people have heard of it. o.O Although, for a show that's not aired on public television, it sure gets around pretty well. LadyRivka has also seen some of it, though she's on Next (second season) I believe. So, I'm not the only Dragonball Z/Slayers fan, I'm just one of the few. I'm sure there are others, but who knows.
Tenshi O.o, which one are you? If you're not Kioku, while you're here, would you mind reading and reviewing this thing. You seemed to have a decent head on your shoulders before. O.o I'd like to know what you think, 'cause I am deleting this nonsense that was left. Thanks. (Oh yeah, and if you review I'll give you a plushie of your choice. =P)
I honestly wasn't expecting this many reviews! Wow! O.O
(You guys wanna know something really freaky, you can ask Datura if you want to; I came up with the mystery girl before I was flamed. And I typed up this chapter before I even posted the first. Kinda odd huh?)
Now, the cat will shut up, and we will continue!

Shin Wars
Chapter #2 The Horror of it All
Shin looked down at the small girl, with her shining golden eyes, and just stared, "Fanfiction?"
"What is fanfiction?" Kibito inquired for KaioShin.
"Fanfiction is...fiction written by fans of fictional shows, books, comic books, or even video games."
Nodding his head, KaioShin filed away the information Neko-chan was feeding him, but his mind was now thinking of only one thing, "How do we get out of here?"
Large golden eyes blinked up at Shin, "There's a way out?!"
Frightened ebony eyes blinked in a fury at Kibito, "This isn't going to be a pleasant experience, is it?"
"KaioShin-sama, let me handle this." Kibito knelt down, no where near the chibi's eye level, but it was good enough for him. "Do you know of anyone who might know of an exit?"
"LindaN-san!" The little one said with elation. However, her happiness was not to last as she remembered she couldn't find LindaN either. Her eyes become teary as she shuffled her feet, and looking down at the ground she quietly said, "I don't know where she is either."
Shin swore he felt his eye twitch, but he remained calm as he moved Kibito over to talk to the little cat-girl him self. "Okay, little one, do you have an idea of where she might be?"
Neko-chan shook her head, tears threatening to fall, and Shin felt a desperation fill him. The last thing he needed was crying chibi.
"It's okay, Neko-chan," Shin told her as he gently pat her head, rubbing her ears and watching her carefully. "Tell you what, we'll help you find this LindaN, and then maybe she can help us find the exit, how's that?"
Her large golden eyes sparkled up at the young deity, and then she hugged him, taking him off guard. "Really! You mean it?!"
"Y-yes." Shin stammered at the show of affection.
"Yea!" Neko-chan shouted as she leapt away from Shin and skipped down one of the blue hallways. "We'll start down here, and see what we can find!"
"Wait!" Shin took off after her, Kibito following behind, or at least, Kibito was following until he saw something that caught his eye.
"What is this?" He looked over at them as Shin and Neko-chan wandered the hall, but he knew how to catch up with them later and didn't fret it. He had time to take a look at the control panel in front of him. On a large screen were the words, "New story."
Kibito frowned at it, curious, and then said, "Umm...display story?"
A text document popped up in front of him, and he read the summary for the fictional piece. But maybe he should have not, as his eyes bugged out with the content. "What do you mean KaioShin-sama...and...and a girl?!"
Growling at the summary alone, Kibito's common sense told him not to read any further, but he was interested to know what the story was about. The most he could tell from the summary was that it was about *his* KaioShin-sama and a female, but what was exactly in the story?
He gave it a chance and kept reading it, his eyes scanning away at the words, taking in every detail. Somewhere in the middle he gagged, "What is this? KaioShin-sama would not "be with" any mortal! He is more deserving than this. Humph." And with that Kibito turned away to leave, but then his fingers started to itch. He wanted to give this person a piece of his mind, let them know the truth. So he turned back and looked at the screen in front of him. Seeing a mouse, his hand curled around it and he scrolled down the story until he reached the bottom, and to his pleasure there was a review button. An eerie grin crept over Kibito's face as he clicked on it.
Finally, when he was done with giving out his thoughts, Kibito stepped back and smiled thinking of the trouble his review would leave. He told the girl all the mistakes she had made, and then made the mistake of claiming KaioShin-sama as his own, signing it, "Shins lover."
************
Meanwhile, in the romance section, our mystery girl was reading some recent KaioShin fics. "Hmm, Shin Wars. What is this! That stupid brat decided she could write! Oh-ho! Someone needs to put a stop to this! She thinks she's so great doesn't she, well, we'll see about that." The mystery girl thought back to the many times she had tried to get her messages across, but the little cat-girl had attacked her with bitterness. Since then our mystery girl in black had been quit angry, and now she had the material she needed to have fun with.
She gazed over the other KaioShin fics quickly, searching for any new unfair and ridiculous "flames." Not finding any, she gave up looking and decided to have fun with Neko-chan's new story. And she was quite content to do nothing else, until she saw a tall red demon waltz through the Romance section and head towards the Supernatural section.
Her eyes blinked. So far today she had seen Kibito, KaioShin, and now Dabura. Something odd was going on. Quickly she flamed Neko-chan's story with phony vocabulary, checked it in word and corrected her misspelled words, missing a few and replacing them with the wrong words, and then she copied it and left it on Neko-chan's story. For fun she left it on a couple of others too, and then ran off after Dabura, trying to stay in the shadows.
************
Somewhere down the hall way Shin stopped, "Neko-chan, wait...Kibito seems to have lagged behind."
"Oh." The little cat-girl turned, a fluffy tail uncurling from her waist.
Shin's eyes bugged out slightly at the new appendage, surprised he hadn't noticed it before. Of course, he had thought she just had a very furry belt on, but now he found it was a tail.
Slightly bored with the waiting, Neko-chan hummed a song and walked around Shin, her eyes darting back and forth, while Shin watched her, completely fascinated by her tail. Of course, she was a cat, so it was only logical she have a tail, but it was still a shock for him. How could he have not noticed it before? What else was he not seeing?
Finally Kibito appeared beside Shin and nodded his head.
Shin nodded back, curious as to where Kibito had been, but then he thought better of it and decided he might be better off not knowing. In silence they continued on ward.
When they reached the end of the hall, they were led out into a dark, cloudy atmosphere. There was an abandoned, dilapidated, large mansion to one side and nothing but sickly colored gray grass and flowers around them. Neko-chan's large eyes stared at at the mansion, and then noticed a large walnut tree out in front. Beneath the walnut tree sat a pale skinned male wearing a long, black cloak, the hood drawn over his head, with chains around his waist and hanging down from there. He was also wearing a silver chain around his neck with a blood red pendant, and around him was a horde of...cute, fuzzy bunnies.
Neko-chan squealed with delight and ran up to the bunnies while Shin's eyes inspected the house from the outside.
The pale faced man in black watched the chibi cat-girl as she chased down one of the fluffy blue rabbits, and then he spoke, in a deep, ageless voice, "Careful, those are plot bunnies." He slowly stood up and approached her, his hood falling to reveal his smooth face, accented arched eyebrows, and dark black eyes, and freeing his long black hair.
Big gold eyes blinked up at him, "Oh...plot bunnies. I still want one!" She leapt for the blue one and caught it, grinning, "Yes! Now what?"
"Now you should have a plot idea."
"Neat. I guess I'll give him back now," Neko-chan said as she started to hand that rabbit back to the pale man, but he shook his head and pushed the rabbit back, "No. You keep it."
"Oh, I can keep it?! Thank-you!" Neko-chan squeezed the rabbit while Shin sweat dropped at Neko-chan's over all cuteness.
Black eyes took a scrutinized look at the pale man as Shin said, "And you are?"
"My name is Satan."
Had this been a cheap horror movie we would have heard spooky music accompany this foreboding statement, but since this a low-budget (actually, we're not making any money off of this...so...this is more of a *free*) fan-fic, there was no music, but Shin's horrified expression was enough of a foreboding for Kibito.
Neko-chan on the other hand, bounced up to Satan and held out her hand, "My name's Neko-chan. Nice to meet 'cha!"
Extending his hand, Satan smiled at her, a fanged smile that sent shivers down Shin's spine, "Hello there, Neko-chan."
The little girl smiled and then gestured to Shin and Kibito, "The purple one is Shin, and the pink old, wrinkled man is Kibito."
Sputtering, Kibito glared at the chibi in outrage, but Shin calmly shook his head, silently saying Kibito shouldn't let it get to him. Satan nodded at each of them, "Hello," and then Shin looked back to the house, "Does anyone live here?"
Satan shook his head, "No. This was once the grandest place here! Ash the Wanderer lived here until a while back. Ever since he moved, this mansion has been abandoned. By the way, Welcome to the Horror section of Fanfiction.net." He finished his introduction with another fanged grin, his cloak flying in the wind, and the over all effect might have been eerie if not for the fuzzy pastel colored rabbits hopping around his feet.
Oblivious to the reasons Shin and Kibito were both shivering, Neko-chan gave Satan a warm smile and asked, "Have you seen LindaN?"
"Who? No...I don't know of any Linda's..."
Neko-chan's bottom lip started to quiver as she lowered her head, "Oh...okay."
"Oh no," Shin groaned, silently vowing that if Satan managed to make the chibi cry he would at least hurt him. "Hey, Neko-chan..."
The small cat-girl turned to Shin, big eyes tearing as she ran to him, shocking him once more.
"Huh?" Shin's eyes became as large as saucers as she attached herself to one of his legs again, but this time he patted her head, "Neko-chan, don't worry. We'll find her, okay?"
Large golden eyes shining with faith looked up at him as she nodded her head.
Kibito grinned, "KaioShin-sama can do anything. Do not fear."
"So, what exactly are you all doing out here?" Satan asked, his black eyes curious.
"We're looking for LindaN and the exit," Shin supplied.
Satan licked one fang while thinking, "Hmmm...I don't know where the exit is either. Maybe we can find it. Plus, I do need to give out plot bunnies. Perchance I can join you. After all, not much happens when you sit under a walnut tree all day."
"You're coming with us?" Shin almost shouted at Satan, eyes large once again.
Seeing Shin's discomfort, Satan smirked, "Yes. Most definitely!"
Kibito started to protest, but Shin hushed him as Neko-chan took Satan's hand and started walking off, carrying her blue rabbit, of course. Behind them all followed the horde, as a figure from the mansion watched them.
Large red eyes watched as they walked off. She put down her only friend, a skull named Edgar, (And yes, Datura, that is Edgar, as in Edgar Allen Poe.) and tilted her head. Poetic Dark Jigglypuff wasn't like most Jigglypuffs; after all, she had red eyes and a pallor to her pink skin, resulting in more of a sickly mauve than pink, and over one pointed ear she was wearing a black beret. Her large red eyes blinked in curiosity, wondering who those people had been. She hadn't seen people for a long time; not since Ash had moved out. Well, there was Satan, but all he did was sit under his Walnut tree and hand out plot bunnies.
But these people, they got him to talk, and they were taking off with him, headed for parts unknown. She became inquiring as to what they wanted. So few people came near the Horror section these days. So, to find out the answers to her ponderings, Poetic Dark Jigglypuff packed up Edgar, a black marker she hadn't touched in years, her poetry book, her large green book of Shakespeare, and her stash of Frappuccino drinks, and followed the trail of bunnies hopping down the hall headed for the Supernatural/Action/Adventure section.
*************
I know, it could be better, but I couldn't think of anymore really good jokes. -_-; Sorry. Tell me what you think. I'm not too sure on the spelling of "Frappuccino" I get those things often, but I'm horrible speller. -_-; However, if it is spelled correctly, thank Datura.
Next chapter we'll bring in Datura, Dabura, and who ever else I feel like adding.
